wait a minute.... i just saw blofeld in the new trailer.

how is that possible ? i tought the right to Blofeld were still out of EON's property.

Did i miss something recently about Blofeld and Spectre coming back to EON ?

Well McClory is dead so there's not really anyone to contest it and if you ask Eon they'd tell you that McClory's rights to whatever ran out long ago.

blofeld has hair? guess it looks kind of like gray. ten maps does not sound like a lot but as long as they are mostly good it will be enough.

Gray did and so did (well unofficially) Max Von Sydow so yeah. Clearly resembles Gray though. Likely a toupee anyway ;)

Multiplayer looks like a ton of fun. Blofeld is a bit of shock but more than welcomed. Interesting they went with the DAF version rather than the YOLT/OHMSS one. Still, cool beans.

Wow, Those shots look pretty damn good. I even like the Wii graphics, they don;t have that creepy next-gen sheen a lot of PS3/360 games have. It looks a LOT like Modern Warfare, but that's good, the MW games are fantastic and exactly what Bond needs right now. Official more excited about this that watching Joss Stone play Paris Hilton, at any rate. Time to strat pricing pre-owned Wii's...

Probably the most boring thing I've seen in my life. Minus, For Your Eyes Only.

I'm not impressed. Sure, Blood Stone uses an old QoS still for the cover, but Everything or Nothing used an old Die Another Day still as well. At least that looks more authentic than literal fan art that from what I gather, intentionally hides Craig Bond's face in what is a mess of a concept.

It's bland enough to be real, but which source claims its the real deal?

Yet again, that bloody music.

Nice shots of Craig, though! If I do buy this, I won't be in much of a hurry. I'll play it eventually, it looks entertaining enough. Saying that though, the shot of the tank at the end looks awful!

Pretty solid looking Wii title! Sets look very good, as do the hand to hand combat moves. Looks like fun to be sure. :)

That first shot of Craig following the logo opening the video looks to be from the game's main title sequence and very "QoS" inspired. Shots of Zukovsky's club and Bond in snow camo look great.

That...is amazing.

On the subject of Valentine, I do think a lot of the charm of the original character was how he wasn't a very good business man, nor all that threatening a presence. The shabby night club he owned and the helicopter line all made him seem that much goofier. It seems like they are playing him a bit more straight in the remake. That night club is impressive, and he definitely looks more formidable than Coltrane. Still, I can understand your unease.

I still think it's going to be a great game.

I think both bond games look incredily well done. I'm curious about Zurkofsky's night club as a level and the updates to the plot.

Well, we already know Zukovsky's nightclub has been relocated to Barcelona. The plot is focused on the global financial crisis but the GoldenEye satellite will still play a role. Dubai and Nigeria are also new locations.

That trailer was great.

Anyone know anymore on the Classic Edition coming to the UK? I know it's been announced on Digital Spy and here, and I expect it to be released here, but neither Amazon or Play have it for pre-order yet.

Holy Hell. Just saw the new featurette and... wow. Talk about a LOT of progress, very quickly. This game suddenly kicks [censored]!

It seems like a run down of everything the games have been screaming out for. In Bond's head nearly ALL THE TIME (hopefully no cutting away to cut scenes so you don't get to play the good bits). Doing Bond stuff besides shooting, Finally! (getting checked be security and being served a drink at the club... beautiful!) and best of all, the COD engine! Basically the modern GoldenEye anyway, so we know it'll play well. This is shaping up to be the most exciting Bond game of the last decade.

All the new features look great. The hugely different character models and location changes seem to ensure that this is trying hard not coast by on nostalgia and be taken as a game in its own right, the graphics are fantastic- I never thought the Wii could do facial animation that smooth, I've seen many worse 'next gen' games.

Coupled with the decidedly 'meh' last trailer for Blood Stone, and this looks very, very hopeful. I was burned by QOS so I'll try not to get too excited, but damn... colour me impressed.

Oh that's what it is? I was having trouble figuring out where that actually was. The helicopter in the background made me think it was some kind of interactive gallery. Like we had in Everything or Nothing and Quantum of Solace.

Oh no, I think he was just referencing two examples of the interactivity. That security checkpoint definitely looked like a museum. I was impressed by the facial animation displayed there. Pretty accurate for the Wii.

Yeah, same here. I think this new GE is too much high tech... :/

I'm getting more and more convinced after seeing those videos showing David Wilson as the EON representative, that he is going definatelly be the new Bond responsible.

I wish that were a joke but I'm afraid it's an actual screen cap from James Bond Jr. (1991), which was developed by Michael G. Wilson and Eon.

Oh yeah, I don't think the metal detector part was in the club, because of the aformentioned helicopter and the guy having an American accent. Unless Zukovski found a use for those three helicopters that don't fly, I would have to guess that it's some sort of stand in for the Tiger helicopter exhibit on the Frigate from the movie.

I'd also like to take a moment to mention how brilliant the solar plant in Nigeria looks for the new finale. I really don't know how they got this kind of juice out of the Wii.

Interesting side note- Both Natalya and Xenia are voiced by British TV actors (Xenia by the wife of Dr. Who villain John Simm). Having noticed that Natalya speaks with a British accent in the trailers I check IMDB and it seems to add up (although they did forget to list Daniel Craig as being in the game). An interesting choice, and I'm sure the nationality change will be covered in-game. Of course, Xenia could still have a Russian accent.. As long as we don't see Trevelyan played by Nolan North.

Well, they both could be official seeing as there will likely be two versions; one for the game bundled with the controller and for the version by itself.

Still, I would like to see some official sources for these images being thrown around. :)
