She's stunning looking but so evidently a product of her environment which I can only describe as west coast bland.
Her character is one of my list of TWINE's redundancies.

The girl is very fine , plus not a "bad" actress. There is a great "myth" about American actresses, not evey one is Meryl Steep. Even Hanoi Jane Fonda was originally "just eye candy". Remember "Barbarella" 1968 , so a whole career can't be base on just a few films. You can't tell me that "Wild Things", was not great acting. My problem is that she married a "scum bag" like Charlie Sheen.Originally posted by BONDFINESSE 007

Gee ! I was not aware of this. it's too bad since most people deserve some happiness when there get married . The media made a "big deal" about how head (Charlie Sheen) had found true love and was finally maturing. Too bad for her.Originally posted by BONDFINESSE 007
yeah kev, but the good news is she is not happy in her marrige and it 's about to end...so that good for us

I was not referring to you! I don't "drink" coffee . so no need to switch to "decaf" or any thing else for that matter thank you very much. Apparently, you are also at a total loss as to what "Rave Reviews" really means. "Rave Reviews" is a GOOD thing. If I have to break it down for you, it goes like this: DENISE RICHARDS' PERFORMANCE IN "UNDERCOVER BROTHER" WAS PRAISED BY CRITICS. PRAISED MEANS GOOD.

I have never understood why people compare Denise ias CJ n TWINE to Britt Ekland and Tanya Roberts in AVTAK. Contrary to popular opinion, Denise was active in the plot (and a hell of a lot more active in the early drafts).
1. CJ rejiggered that door thing in the silo so that it would open. It saved Bond's life when the fireball was chasing him. And she shut it again to prevent his *** from being fried. Did she get a thank you fro anyone. Don't think so.
2. CJ dismantled the bomb in the pipeline, leading to the discovery that half the plutonium was missing.
3. CJ tells Bond the weapons grade plutonium in the reactor will lead to a meltdown.
4. Without CJ, Bond could not have reentered the sub.
5. She is the one to figure out that the numbers picked up by the Russian tracking station are actually GPS signals.
6. And last but certainly not the least, she is the one that distracts Zukovsky when he first returns to the caviar factory with her large tits--
er, mammary glands.
And in the early scriptdrafts, as I said, CJ was much more active. At least she didn't pull a Stacey Sutton and get scooped up by a massive blimp closing in on her from behind that not even Stevie Wonder could've missed. Or a frickin' Mary Goodnight, and get tossed into the trunk of the bad guys' car (too, too easy) and basically just get in everyone's way.

It's not that, it's just the fact that in order to be a nuclear physicist and actually dismantle nuclear bombs, you need YEARS of schooling...a 24 year old who still wears hotpants under her protective suit would doubtfully be in charge of defusing a nuclear zone
But how can anyone hate Denise Richards? That busty bimbo gave the movie the camp it needed

You should watch the film again . Perhaps in slow motion, since the camp aspects of the film came from Sophie Marceau. One minute she a confussed , injured little rich bitch. Then she's a she-devil bent on aveneging her "mother" . Another aspect that got lost during filming. So she plots with a minor terrorist to kill her father , then plan to plant a nuclear bomb in Turkey to enable her to build a oil-pipe across Baku ! Then thinks that after "screwing" Bond , she will be able to escape. Every one snickers at Denise Richards performance openly . I am sure privately than do the same for Sophie Marceau .Originally posted by Adam

You know, I finally saw TMWTGG a year ago--partly because I wanted to see if Mary Goodnight was a stupid as they say. Here were my reactions.
ABOUT A THIRD OR SO INTO THE FILM (MARY'S INTRODUCTION):
Okay, not too bad. So far. A little flirtatious for an agent. But Bond seems to be irritated by her. Wonder why?
ABOUT HALFWAY INTO THE FILM (HIDING IN THE CLOSET WHILE BOND BANGS ANDREA): Bond tosses Mary into the closet when Andrea shows up. Poor Mary has to sit there while Bond rocks Ms. Anders' world. Finally, she falls asleep. So far, no real signs of stupidity. Except maybe I would've crawled out and left the frickin' apartment while Bond and Andrea were distracted. But, okay, maybe MG gets off on watching.
ABOUT 3/4 INTO THE FILM: Here's where MG starts to drop the ball folks. "Hmmm. Let me see if I can put this magnetic tracking device onto this car. Oh, wait, it would be better if I picked the lock of the trunk and put it in there. I mean, yeah, it's more dangerous and time consuming than just sticking it underneath the car and leaving. OUCH! BLOODY HELL! Someone just banged me on the head and tossed me into the trunk and locked it. Well, at least I succeeded in planting the tracking device."
THE CLIMAX: MG just let's it all go here. Her *** should be declared a menace to society because it has a habit of bumping into buttons that basically almost annihilate Bond. And the one time she actually kills a bad guy, it actually puts her and Bond in more danger. With sidekicks like MG, you really don't need any villains.
Bottom line: BF007 is right. Dr. Richards-Jones is a more capable, intelligent character than Agent Dumber-than-a-rock-Ekland-Goodnight. And I happen to know a lot of intelligent professional women with large breasts. Hell, I work for one.

However, Elecktra was very ugly in my opinion, and should have been played by someone else. She played the role well, I suppose villains aren't supposed to be good to look at.
