I think some of the track titles do give away clues, at least if you've seen the various trailers. But I agree - unlike the track listings for Skyfall there doesn't appear to be anything which gives away any "great reveal" in the film.

(Come to think of it, the SF titles didn't really, only when you heard the tracks - one in particular at the end - did it hint at a tragic ending for M)

I'm looking forward to 10.30 this morning and Classic FM's item on the soundtrack.

CR soundtrack, Track 23: "Death of Vesper". 'nuff said. :D

Then again, the order of the tracks probably is not chronological -  the "Day of the Dead"-track would have to come at the beginning.  Or is it a reprise that is having thematic relevance later on in the film?

I suspect some of the tracks aren't chronological - namely the pre-title sequence cues. That was the case for Skyfall's score as well.

What strikes me from the soundtrack listing is

1) No Writing's On The Wall by Sam Smith (although I don't remember if it was previously announced that he wouldn't have his song on the soundtrack or if it was just speculated as such).

And 2) does the Spectre track mean we get a secondary theme sung by an unnamed artist or, more likely, could we have a lyric-less secondary theme similar to what was done with the main theme for On Her Majesty's Secret Service? Either way would be good, and at least we get a track called Spectre.

Newman talked about this in his interview with (I think) Empire for Skyfall, they're re-ordered for the album in what himself and the other album producers consider the most enjoyable experience for casual listening.

Brilliant find. Thanks for this - some very teasing titles here that don't give anything anyway.

I was dreading something dumb like 'Track 18: Blofeld' :P Although I had to re-read 'Blindfold'.

I wonder what the end credits will be with 'Spectre', and funny it's not in capital letters.

Officially it's just 'Spectre', that's what the name is on most press materials, EPK, IMDB, Wikipedia etc. I prefer to call it SPECTRE to be honest.

WOTW is on there but just the instrumental version.

Interesting with the End Title track - may he a secondary theme...sort of a flip on OHMSS where "We Have All The Time In The World" was the end credits track. The previous Craig films ended with the Bond theme kicking off the credits, here it may be different...

To borrow a line from Bond himself in CR; "Lesson learned" - the record producers and composer clearly didn't want to do the same thing on SF and it doesn't look as if they've done it on the SP list either.

The official 007 social channels confirmed it'll be the first track premiering on Classic FM - Los Muertos Vivos Estan (featuring Tambuco)

Amazing how music goes on for so long but never really get's boring - very emotive. The power of music is a timeless thing.

Daniel Craig's Bond does seem to love Italy so I wouldn't actually be surprised if that turned up during his tenure tbh

Nice find! Ooh that's beautiful - certainly has that general feel of 'Skyfall', but sounds so fresh and new for that Italian beauty Bellucci. Sorry...Lucia. Love that.

Which I've just listened to - reminiscent not only of Bond but of Barry. Very nice.

Well, we've now got playing the kind of civilised classical piano music your typical Bond villain would have on in the background whilst (a) deciding which underling to send to the shark tank, pihrana pool or Mr Hinx or (B) wining and dining Bond and leading lady whilst explaining his overly elaborate world domination scheme and equally overlr elaborate method of disposing of them both. ;-)

Beethoven and Bond are due. As Beethoven is on now, it means Bond is next...!

Hey I just realised this Beethoven track was used by Billy Joel for his song 'This Night'. Well isn't that cool. :)

There's a bit on now sounds a lot like the train sequence at the start of SF! And the choir's back on again at the end.

Ohhhhhhh a choir coming in with the Bond theme. That gave me goosebumps!

And a cue from 'Skyfall'...well if that's not teasing then what is!

Do we have confirmation which track it was? It says 'Spectre' by Thomas Newman online so..is this actually 'Spectre' or just summing up the album/film itself?
