From a series of Tweets.

This fits with other information that is out there and seems legit to me.

A Location Manager at Pinewood Studios has advised offices in Westminster about B24 Films' plans to film along Thames.

The filming sequence is set at night, and involves an "Action" helicopter taking off from Riverside Walk Gardens, next to Vauxhall Bridge, and initially hovering over the river at approx 150 feet. Following this, the helicopter turns and travels down river at the same height over Lambeth Bridge towards Westminster Bridge. During the filming the helicopter will be followed by a 2nd "Camera" helicopter. Dates to follow nearer the time of each event.

The Location Manager states that the team appreciate that they are very privileged to film in London, and they do not Take for granted the support they are shown from residents and organisations, for which they are hugely grateful.

Also. From a different Twitter account.

Confirmed London #SPECTRE filming: 17th May & 14th June 9pm-12am. Low flying 'stunt' helicopter down the river Thames towards Westminster.

So it seems that this is taking place this Sunday.

Great, thanks. Could be taking place during the film's finale, perhaps?

And from next weekend, Westminster Bridge is closed for 3 nights, 23rd to 25th, 11pm to 5am. Could this be for Spectre filming? I think it might.

Yes, the closing of Westminster Bridge is for filming Spectre. Here is a notice for closure on another date, through the night on Monday 8th June.

Vaxhall, perhaps you can make this, but it is rather late at night.

This odd little boat has been spotted on the Thames.

Doesn't the hull look very like the ones in the clapperboard photo?

The lamp on the front and the metal bars with a lamp on the back look the same too.

Great photos and videos. Fantastic to see the London action just a couple of miles from my home; just a shame I'm a few thousand miles away!

Whenever I see two people on a small boat, like this, it always brings FRWL's finale to mind. Except here, Bond is the one doing the chasing.

Brilliant - great to see London in the heart of Bond action again. With that and 'London Has Fallen', the capital will have another big cinematic year. :)

Indeed. The houses of parliament and Big Ben look fantastic lit up at night. SPECTRE is going to look stunning aesthetically.

Splendid!  Thanks a lot, Marketto!

Interesting how much the stunt doubles look like the actors!

Some fantastic photos. This should look incredible on screen with the Houses of Parliament all lit up.

Also, really impressive masks for the stunt doubles. MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE technology coming to life!

But some of it is the real Daniel Craig and Lea Seydoux, correct? Those doubles do look so realistic that it's hard to tell for sure which one is which in some of the photos.. :)

That's right. The slower moving shots will be them for close-ups, but the high speed will be the stunt doubles I guess.

Here's what I find odd: between the videos & photos, it looks like this scene alternately takes place during the day, during the "twilight hour" (when the sun is setting & everything is cast in a shade of blue), and at night.  In fact, two videos appear to have the same shot (going under the bridge) filmed at different times of day.

Which do you suppose is the time of day the sequence takes place?  If all three, it'll be a long sequence. ;)

I think it's at night, the earlier shots were rehearsals and camera plotting.
