i was always kinda angry that dalton was under rated
but look at craig

more or less the same character
everybody loves craig

Dalton never seemed to have "it". His serious Bond wasn't the problem. He just didn't seem big enough for the role.

I'd say Dalton was simply ahead of his time. He adored the Bond of the books, the memory of which had been stamped out for a lot of viewers at that time. That sort of darker, more realistic and damaged hero is much more acceptable now - in fact, all similarly current and successful franchises feature them. Now is simply the time for a Fleming/Dalton/Craig Bond. Who knows? In another 10 years, the Moore-style Bond may be back en vogue.

Well, at least his gunbarrels opened the films.Dalton was ok in my opinion. One thing I didn't like very much about him was the way he did the gunbarrels. He was acting like he was just on a stroll in the park, and then fired in this weird pose.
Sorry, haha not trying to be all nitpicky or anything, otherwise, I think Dalton was a fair Bond.

here a thought.........the gunbarrel at the end could simply mean the end of 50 years from Dr. No to Skyfall, and the start of 50 years of Bond starts with Bond 24 that restart the gunbarrel at the beginning

ha ha ha
in my opinion
they would never cast an oscar nominated actor like fiennes on the 50th anniversary
just to have him play a minor character
judi dench is on the way out
they want her to step down from MI6
or else bardem probably shoots stabs or detonates her
(or maybe bardem flips a coin to decide if she lives friendo )

Thanks old chap, but I´ve got the film. Still haven´t found the time to watch it though. But I´ll be sure to. Don´t forget to write that review. It´s a Walter Sales , so it has potential. As a writer myself, and an examiner of the human psyche, many of the themes on it interest me. Good to see you´re keeping a lighter trigger finger on the "enter" button. Welcome again to Cbn, you´ll have a blast here. Cheers.do you want to watch it ???

Isn´t it wonderful that we got this extremely positive reaction to SKYFALL?
Imagine if the reviews had been bad (or worse: mediocre)...

The Times's Kate Muir called it "a great British bulldog of a movie". What is it with this bloody bulldog?! He crops up everywhere! -_-This is the fourth most read article on the BBC News site today:

Mate
Dont you think you are over reacting a bit considering the fact that we haven't even watched the movie!?

Really? Smart or not, I disagree with his opinion on both, I thought You Know My Name was good, and while I wasn't a fan of Another Way to Die, I didn't think it was bad BAD bad!Nope, thats his unique style.Hes pretty smart too!
