Brilliant video there, even more teases!
And remember today....the revenge of the 5th!
Plus, how do we feel about the origins of Boba Fett a focus for the next 'Anthology' film following 'Rogue One'?

Me, personally, always felt Jango was a far better Fett and I'm just not TOO bothered about the origins of Boba.

Perhaps because there was more backstory to Jango than his son Boba, who was just presented as a glorified space bounty hunter in Episode V (don't remember if he was in Episode VI).

He was in VI, where he "died." I've got high hopes for the Boba solo film. There's so much potential to show him learning the ropes and moving up in the world of bounty hunters, not to mention he and Han's past. Granted, he is my favorite Star Wars character, so I'm biased!Perhaps because there was more backstory to Jango than his son Boba, who was just presented as a glorified space bounty hunter in Episode V (don't remember if he was in Episode VI).

A solo film on his character could actually work quite well and it would be interesting.

Star Wars > The Empire Strikes Back > Return of the Jedi.
Since these are the only SW films there isn't really an alternative.

So, a friend and I were having a discussion today about preferred viewing order for Star Wars. He subscribes to the chronological timeline (123456), while I'm a fan of either release order (456123) or the "flashback" order (451236). While viewing the films in chronological order is fine, Vader's reveal in Empire loses it's shock value. While release order is my go-to, flashback can be a lot of fun - you see Luke's story up to the point where Vader has just revealed himself as Luke's dad; then, you hop back and see how his fall from grace came to happen before finishing everything off with Vader's redemption in Jedi.
Thoughts?
I like going 4,5,1,2,3,6 personally. You should do this with someone who hasnt seen the movies, plus when you go back to watch them in that order the Prequels are easier to enjoy

Empire Strikes Back is the only Star Wars film I'll watch.

I used to have this mindset. Until about 3 years ago, then I decided to quit fooling myself. They're good films, just not good Star Wars films. I've come to terms with the fact that they're official and they happened - not that I have to like that fact!Star Wars > The Empire Strikes Back > Return of the Jedi.
Since these are the only SW films there isn't really an alternative.
One thing's for damn sure: my future kids will only see 4 5 and 6 until they get to be about 9 or 10, the same age I was when Episode I came out. That way, I don't run the risk of them liking the prequels more!

But whoever likes the prequels has every right to do so. I'm just thankful I witnessed the originals in their time.

STAR WARS (and that is what the title of Episode 4 always will remain for me) was such a decisive and important movie experience for me that it could not and (probably) can never be duplicated again.
Therefore even the wonderful EMPIRE will always be second to that (still, it was the first sequel in my life that I had ever seen and wanted so badly).
When RETURN OF THE JEDI was released I was already a bit lukewarm towards it and liked only parts of it while others felt a bit "been there, done that". However, it concluded the trilogy, so I dutifully watched it again and again - but nowhere near as many times as its predecessors.
After that I thought STAR WARS is done. And it was. Neatly tied up.
Then came the trailer for Episode I and I loved it, getting my hopes up (as everybody else during that time). But while watching the film my disappointment grew. Without the original cast, the balancing of idealism and cynicism (Luke and Han), it all felt too earnest, too boring, not fun anymore. I (again) dutifully watched Episode II which I liked much better and Episode III which I liked even better than II. But so much of those films felt and still feel like a computer game (as Dustin said).
The original trilogy lacked irony. Big time. It lacked the "Han Solo"-factor. Take Han out of the Original Trilogy and even those films would suffer badly - imagine them with just Luke and Ben... horrible.
I absolutely agree with what Dustin said: Lucas should have continued with Episodes 7, 8 and 9.
Then again, I´m happy that he did not since Abrams seems to have a much firmer grasp on what is needed to move forward.

I showed my kids "The Empire Strikes Back" at the weekend. You should have seen my daughter's face when Darth Vader uttered his famous line!!

In a bit of Episode VII speculation, has anyone else read about the rumor surrounding Max Von Sydow's character?

I'm more curious about this Daniel Craig cameo, after Simon Pegg let it slip out recently.
Unless he was just bluffing. Who knows.

I've remember when that was muted a long time ago, DC wanting to be involved, so Pegg's "slip" makes me think it feels more true now than anything before as it's come back up again.
Would be rather brilliant, just to identify his involvement. Nothing brings out the inner-child in any actor than playing a part in a Star Wars film, especially a Stormtrooper.

Somehow I don't think we'll be seeing Mr. Craig as a Stormtrooper sans helmet, (way too obvious for a cameo), so we'll all just have to listen very carefully for his voice!!
