We have a new US teaser poster for the bore-fest of another 'Wolverine' film - I wont be going near this one...

Don't bother! It's not enjoyable and just a basic action film with Wolverine running through-out. I found it didn't do anything to link any X-Men films, and shows they are simply using the popularity of the character to make more money, and it wasn't the best.

That's basically what I figured. The only X-Men films I even enjoyed were X2 and First Class. I'm excited for Days of Futures Past, but any other X-Men stuff I'll pass on.

^ Definitely disagree with you there.. sorry. I mean The Avengers isn't meant to be this serious movie, but I think it was definitely well made.

CGI to make up for terrible acting and story. Plot Holes. Was it meant to be serious? I was happy when Joss Whedon was announced to as the Writer/Director, but the movie was just plain awful. Marvel rushes through Iron Man 2, Thor, and Captain America just so they could do The Avengers and make bank on it. Those 4 films there were terrible because the studio rushed through them.

I also am curious to wonder how "X-Men Origins: Wolverine' is just another action film. Yes that film has it's flaws as well, but It's certainly miles ahead of Avengers.

I thought IRON MAN 2 was too much of a rehash of the first one´s lesser sequences. THOR and CAPTAIN AMERICA, however, were very entertaining IMO. And THE AVENGERS was even more fun for me.

Have to re-watch WOLVERINE. I caught it on DVD a few years ago and found it so boring I fast-forwarded through its second half.

^ Yeah that's exactly how I feel. I really enjoyed Captain America, I can agree with you when it comes to Thor being rushed and Iron Man 2, but I really enjoyed Captain America.

Nice Wolverine poster, I'm looking forward to it, 'Origins' wasn't that great but I did enjoyed it when it came out. 'Last Stand' wasn't that amazing either but they made up for it with 'First Class'. The one I'm not thrilled about is the 'Deadpool' film they plan to make, it just seems out of place among the Xmen films IMO.

I love the Nolan Batman trilogy, one of the best trilogies ever made IMO. I wish the 2003 Eric Bana 'Hulk' was more successful it was my favorite Hulk film, at least the Edward Norton one didn't retell the origin story but it too had its sequels canned. I didn't really care for 'Thor' or 'The Avengers' all that much and Iron Man 2 has grown on me, I've got high hopes for IM3.

I thought Captain America was well done. Iron Man 2 and Thor not so much. The Avengers was bloated and long, but definitely better than most *cough* TDKR, Green Lantern, Amazing Spiderman *cough*. I'm looking forward to Iron Man 3, I think that looks to be an improvement over 2 and the next Captain America should be interesting.

Thor was terrible. An hour and 40 minutes of my time Marvel needs to repay me for. Captain  America started of good, then quickly became a laughing matter. The Avengers and TDKR are just as bad. Green Lantern was good. The story wasn't too bad, but it was well done. Everyone was just expecting it to be so much more, the point that they wanted it to be Nolan-Like.

Green Lantern was good? Um no. It was not good at all, no chemistry between Reynolds and Lively (bad since they are married) No action in it whatsoever, I mean I took my ex to see this movie because he said that they thought it looked really good, but he was so bored because nothing was happening.

Basically. It was really sad too because Martin Campbell directed it and (while he did a great job with GE and CR) he did terrible with this.

Ha! I actually liked GREEN LANTERN - although I had dreaded watching it.

Only goes to show how different opinions are - and that there can´t be only one on any movie.

I really liked Thor even though I wasn't in the least interested in it when it was first released. The great production design and mythological angle really made it stand out amongst the overwhelming quantity of superhero movies made these days. And hey, [Mild Spolier] a climax that isn't just anonymous CGI things being shot! The Avengers just felt like so much McDonalds in comparison.

I think it's more WB's fault than Martin Campbell. They don't know how to stay hands off unless your Nolan.

Since we have been discussing the 'Green Lantern' I gave it another watch and I enjoyed it. Its an interesting super power but sometimes I feel as thought its not used enough. I'm not sure I like Ryan Reynolds in the role, don't get me wrong I like his films but I'm not sure I like him as the jet fighter super hero.

I think Green Lantern has more potential than any superhero right now.

I liked Green Lantern because it wasn't something we had already seen with other superhero films. I walked into the film last year with 3 friends. The lowest of expectations. At the end of it, we were all blown away by how entertaining it was and how good it was.

I'd be happy if they made a 'Green Lantern' sequel, I believe he is expected to be in the 'Justice League' film.

I get the feeling WB will treat GL like Hulk....a wait and see approach. Probably depend on his reception in justice league.

I think GL is pretty much dead (at least that series anyway). It had terrible reviews and barely made enough to recoup its budget. I don't think it will be the same situation as TIH as that movie was at least good. I think GL will either be rebooted or appear in the JLA movie and then be done with.

From what I gather, they'll probably 're-boot' "Green Lantern" already to tie in with any Justice League work - if 'Man Of Steel' and 'The Dark Knight' have set a tone for the film, then 'Green Lantern' and others need to fit in too with the more humane, darker and real approach...

Ryan Reynolds is actually set to reprise his role in the Justice League film. Depending on the success of the film and the resurgence of popularity for the character, a sequel may be made.

Ahhh right - I think old Reynolds better up his game appearing alongside Batman and Superman then, he'll have a big challenge to show his metal I think.

Can't wait for 'Man Of Steel' now, really excited to see Superman again...with one hell of an epic suit! I wonder if they will do a classic "shirt-rip" reveal?

The oversized "S", the darker shade of blue, because darker always means that this time, our superhero is much more serious and it's a darker tone, oh and the cape looks like it was photoshopped on him.
