Ate it up like candy. Everything Mendes said is what I wanted to hear personally as a Bond fan. Especially enjoyed his comment about casting a woman instead of a girl (*ahem* Denise Richards *ahem*).

I'm not looking forward to going underground in 3 weeks as you Brits enjoy the film and I wait.

A period of time I, too, dread. As a resident of a Commonwealth country, I'm dismayed that we won't be getting the UK release date!

Sad that all of this almost over. I echo the above sentiments. Avoiding the forum for a few weeks is going to be no small task.

So much new footage, lapped it up! I have no doubt that this will be the best Bond film ever made. Seeing that video has confirmed it for me.

I wonder if they'll release the IMAX trailer by the end of the day. Lord knows they stuffed enough footage from it in that 10 minute promo.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if we got something before the end of the day...

Skyfall UK & IRE
If we reach 50,000 fans on the 50th Anniversary of Bond films, and to coincide with the release of Everything or Nothing at Odeon Cinemas, then we'll have something very special to view.

As long as there is the gunbarrel at the beginning of the film, I don't care what he wears.

Roger Moore's going to be on The One Show tonight. I expect there'll be some Skyfall footage on there, as well.

Oh that is a lovely watch; thanks for posting. But I'm almost feeling like I've seen enough now; not sure I want to see any more from the film!

It's funny: I know Barbara Broccolli is doing the usual sales pitch, but when she says they got all of the actors on their dream list, you can believe her (Bardem, Fiennes, Finney etc.); and when she says Bardem might be the best villain ever, well- he's actually got the potential to be that. It genuinely looks like it could be the best Bond film in decades.

I hope I am wrong but the train and digger clip has me worried. WHY? Nothing turns me off more than action for actions sake. TND has Bond driving the BMW of the roof and into the car rental agency. How did he know he wouldn't kill somebody inside?............ TWINE Q boat through restaurants..............AVTAK destroying half of Paris etc.

In SF Bond can't know who might get injured on the train from the scoop. Also could he not have jumped in with Eve and trailed or got back on the train? For me these things add up to a bad taste for me. I have my fingers crossed though. But I do love the smash the bike and jump to the train shot.

Simply LOVE "This is inconspicuous"................ "Get in". One of my favorites so far.

Craig's Bond doesn't think, he does. This is an example of that. He has a target, and he'll get to him by any means necessary. There's going to be a shootout in an open marketplace before this so that's another example.

That's when it drives me crazy. On the other hand when Bond does think while pursuing a target such as in CR when he invades the embassy and carefully and purposefully does not kill a single guard (shooting steam pipe etc.) it works in spades.

That said, a guard did get gunned down in the embassy shootout. His own guys riddled him with bullets as Bond hauls Mollaka. So there was collateral damage.

I don't recall that?

But in the clips we've seen of the market place shootout we do see a guy who looks like an innocent passer-by get shot. We had a bit of a discussion about it at the time: I wasn't too comfortable- Bond doesn't usually get innocents hurt.
Although you do wonder how well the lorry driver that crashed into the Alfa driver in QoS was!

Towards the end of the clip there is a scene on the Hashima Island where the 8'0 tall Henchman has a gun to Bond's head while Silva watches. Next scene is Bond fighting the guy and firing his gun toward the other henchman. That scene we have seen on the trailers but my point is that it looked like Bond was at gunpoint but was given a gun to what means? To shoot someone? We probably know who that someone is. I don't know how to do the spoiler box so I apologize in advance, but you guys probably know what I'm referring to. Does this mean that that certain someone doesn't die?

Yeah it's a quick bit toward the end of the sprint, right after Bond takes out the two guards after shooting the pipe, there's a guard they run by who gets shot up pretty good. Least that's what it looks like to me.

We're in the spoiler section so don't worry about the tags. I believe Silva shoots that individual.

Or shoots at the individual, misses, and then asks Bond to take a shot.
