Agreed.Wow! Brilliant stuff. I wonder where that shot of Bond, M and the DB5 comes in. Before they go to Scotland, probably.

Silva better be something dramatic in we've had nothing official yet - I wonder why they're holding him back so long. Gives me visions they want a real big, dangerous villain reveal!
Maybe he is deformed in such a way?

Doesn't look that way from the on set images of him in costume. They are keeping alot of things very secret. All I have gathered from the scraps of information from all those interviews is that he's a dark and crazy villain (with big blond hair), possibly has a strong personal effect on Bond and his silhouette in the trailer is reminiscent of Ledger's Joker. No doubt being played by Bardem he will have plenty of natural presence and gravitas, something that more recent Bond villains have often lacked.

Any word if Bond will play some kind of card game against him in the Casino? That would be really cool and classic Bond.
Bond and Silva have no contact at the casino. They do not meet until later in the film.

I wonder what game they will be playing. Anyone have any idea what table that was in the clapperboard image?
Some seemed to think it was Fan-Tan. It would fit with the Macau setting.

Fan-Tan? Never heard of it, I'm guessing it is a game they play in Macau?
Really? You haven’t lived until you’ve gambled away your life savings (and house) playing Fan-Tan in Macau.

And then feed a few gangsters to Komodo dragons on the way home. All in a day's work.Really? You haven’t lived until you’ve gambled away your life savings (and house) playing Fan-Tan in Macau.

A bit simplistic for me to say it but: Now THAT is Bond! And then feed a few gangsters to Komodo dragons on the way home. All in a day's work.

Great footage in that videoblog. Very interesting to hear Mendes say : "Interestingly, there's a part at the end of the film that deliberately and very consciously could have been set in 1962". Wonder what he means!
Take a look here: http://debrief.comma...e-it-all-began/
Perhaps Shrublands got the point here...

You know what? I´ve just seen Peter Jackson´s blog from Comicon. I´m no Tolkien fanatic, but one thing stood out: They do know how to treat fans. I know there are many EON blind defenders, but they´re not delivering fan wise. That´s a personal opinion of course. I´ve liked the secretive production so far, but really, Jackson has shown many things, has talked to fans, ..., but he has not ruined the film. Blogs like those are wonderful. I just wish EON would do something like that.
I would agree that EON doesn't seem to really be treating their fans to too much, they must have really put it all into the film hopefully. This 50th Anniversary Documentary better be well done.

I like the way we've been drop fed news, with the clapperboards (a really good idea which got fans talking without giving too much away), production blogs that showed a lot but revealed very little. The images revealed have been very ambiguous, again getting fans talking and theorising. The same with the teaser.
I feel that EON, or whoever is in charge of promotion, are doing a very good job and Bond fans who are used to getting a lot more information are just getting a little impatient.
