Anybody tell me about the death screen. Do we get the blood animation again?

Only in multiplayer which seems a bit odd. I wish they would make their gunbarrels and the blood consistent with the movies, Blood Stone's one was exactly like Quantum of Solace, but the blood in Reloaded/Legends is like a 2D version of Casino Royale.

In single player, it's just like Call of Duty, the screen gets redder and redder until MISSION FAILED etc.

The Fist-fights are really starting to annoy me. C'mon! If I wanted to box with someone, I have two Rocky games for my PS2 sitting on the shelf.
(got through Goldfinger's office finally and now in the bowels of Ft. Knox)

If I wanted to fight and box, I'd go grab my MMA and have a sparring session with my buddy or I'd just throw in UFC Undisputed 3 and fight!

Exactly my thoughts.

I'd also like to add that attempting to be somewhat stealthy while playing on 007 difficultly is near BLOODY IMPOSSIBLE!

I have yet to play the game on any other difficulty, though even still, I feel it is a bit more difficult than it should be. Gadgets are also a bit lack-luster when it comes to helping you stay undetected.

Plenty of ideas now what the DLC for 'Skyfall' must be, having seen the film...

You must share your thoughts when you manage to see the film in the UK and the US - but PLEASE cover spoilers for those who haven't seen the film.

I reckon we may get...

The attack on Skyfall Lodge - the helicopter rail gun is in the film, so that must attract the level designers! Plus plenty of room for waves of Silva's men, plenty of space for explosions and even take the fight across the lake and into the chapel. Possibly drive the Aston Martin DB5 too if they really wanted to treat us.

We could be tasked to even try protect M from the baddies....

I feel quite satisfied with this game. I've got most of the achievements now, and playing through each level over and over doing the different trials has been fun, and the multiplayer is very good when it's not laggy, in particular the new abilities in Legends. Then I remember there's the Skyfall stuff coming, and I have found my "quantum of solace" with the game.

Yeah, I think we'll get a "defend the lodge" mission, and maybe the pre-titles as well. It would be quite cool if M was in there as a character model, but I'm not sure we'll get that.

They'll need some secondary character though. In Goldfinger you have Felix, OHMSS you fet Draco, LTK gives you Pam, and Die Another Day is Jinx (who btw, puts in a better performance than Halle Berry.) And finally as you all know, Holly for Moonraker.

That's the thing though, I think it's really unlikely we'll play the DLC and see Craig, M, Kincade and Silva as in game characters. M's death would be a fitting finale to the game though.

I should retract that I said the pre-titles will be in it, cos we've already seen that in the game.

I have to admit that I'm on the LTK level, and have been for a week. I just cannot be bothered to play it. Lost complete and utter interest, and that is never good with a Bond game.

Oh dear...I am still looking forward to starting but fear, as you hardocre nutters have said, it really just lacks oomph to be bothered to play. And to think with 'Licence To Kill' my favourite Bond film I'm so excited to see it in game form...don't know if I should be now.

I'll try it tonight and report in first thing...or after I've turned it off and had a decent Bond fix via Sky Movies 007!

Ever since I got stuck on the Moonraker mission, I have had no desire to sit down and finish it, let alone play the multiplayer. I too have lost interest in it. Been meaning to post up my review here, but have been busy. Review coming tonight or tomorrow.
