Goldfinger Trailer here. Finally a story based trailer, with dialogue! Daniel Craig has a voice artist, it's confirmed. It's good though, I'll give them that, but you can tell it's not him. Saying that though, the first decent trailer we've gotten.

Shame it's not Craig. Good they're back with my favourite music though

Why did they wait so long? I mean we all knew months ago Goldfinger would be the final mission. It's been a worse kept secret than Adele's Skyfall theme.....if she is in fact doing it.

So, why exactly is Craig not voicing Bond in this!? Seems incredibly stupid, when they get the likes of Dench, Stephens etc. to voice.

Good trailer, and good stand-in for Craig if that is the case.

That actually is a decent stand-in for Craig. It's a shame it's not him, but the clips we've got have me impressed. This trailer is definitely the best of the lot. Again, lots of key moments there but updated.

Well it does look like quite good over-the-top Bond fun now I have to say - I can't deny the fact playing through these films will be really fun.

Shame Goldfinger sounds like a spoof-Bond villain, a little over-the-top voice acting! BUT they included the industrial laser and Aston Martin ejector seat...classic!


Not long now then to see how it unfolds....! Fingers crossed now it's all 'official' we may get a new box cover art? Here's hoping...

I don't know, it just seems rather odd, voice-over work isn't really that demanding, is it? And I just seems like a waste, when they have so many other old Bond actors back to voice their characters.

There seems to be quite a bit of the film in there. Nice to see it's not just standalone. However, it's just not a pretty game. I've been complaining about the cover but it looks like the game can't render a better model.I don't want to spend the dough to encourage this first person business but I am intrigued.

That's an impressive voice double: I had to watch it twice to grasp that it wasn't him. I've not even heard a Craig impression before, let alone someone who actually sounds so similar.

Shame it's not him, though. They'll have to make it clear that it isn't, I think.

I liked this trailer a lot. This mission seems to be covering a very signifcant portion of the original 1964 film. This also appears to be the film most updated for a contemporary look and feel.

Huge amount of the film seems to be in there. Looks like Switzerland, Fort Knox, and the plane. The voice double is uncanny. Still, looks all very shooty and not too stealthy.

Anyone else find it strange that Activision were able to land all these high profile actors and actresses to fill out the voice cast and yet they weren't able to get 007 himself? I suppose the voice actor does a passable Craig, but it would've been nice to have the real thing.

Not really. It's Activision, they never do what the fans want. In a few years we'll be on to Modern Warfare 7, but still won't have the Bond game that we all truly want. Not too mention, they killed the Tony Hawk and Guitar Hero series.

This is the same company that gave us Goldeneye Wii and Bloodstone, both of which featured Daniel Craig's voice talents. I see no reason why he couldn't have been brought back again, especially for something as monumental as a 50th anniversary tie-in.

I suppose as he's done his third film his contractual obligation to do these may have run out as they were making it. I think he's been vocal about not being hugely keen on doing them (although I think he's always given them his all: unlike Pierce's rather insultingly bored-sounding Everything Or Nothing) so I guess maybe he's been too busy, not obliged, and not desperate to do it. He'd have to sign off them using his likeness though, you'd think.

Other than Michael Lonsdale which actors have actually been confirmed? I suspect most of them will be sound alikes.

I believe Richard Kiel, Judi Dench, Rory Kinnear, Toby Stephens and Naomie Harris have been confirmed at this stage.

Not known if Robert Davi is back as Sanchez or any other characters cast will have their actors lending voices also...

I hope Craig's official dubber Francesco Prando will dub him in the italian version of the game (like he's doing with Bond movies and he did with GE Reloaded).

Who knows seawolfnyy - there is lots of potential for real Bond veterans to lend their voice, but I guess we'll have to wait and see, but I hope we get as many official voices as we can for more authenticity!

Robert Rietti (Blofeld's voice in FYEO) and Max Von Sydow (unofficial Blofeld in NSNA) are still alive.
I think they'll probably get a new voice actor, like they did for Goldfinger.
In the italian movies, they had one different voice for every single Blofeld (for a total of seven different ones counting NSNA) and one of the dubbers even did M in another film! Well, until GoldenEye, they made a lot of mess with the dubbers. M and Q were dubbed by different actors every single time, and sometimes these actors dubbed both (in different movies). James Bond's voice is the only one which stayed for 14 movies (DN-AVTAK).

First: Craig's face looks totally unnatural.
Second: Why the hell they've put Vanquish on the cover if they didn't put the actuall car in the game?
Third: What kind of a layout is this? A five years old child could make it better in paint! I could make it better!

The fact they've used a random image from 'Moonraker' of Jaws and that one with Connery's arm in 'Goldfinger' is sloppy. And what's wrong with Daniel Craig?

Either he has shrunk or the Walther PPK is one of those novelty foam ones, it's huge in his hand!
