I'm loving that we'll have a snow environment in SPECTRE.
Me too. I can't wait to see how they do a ski chase.
Me three haha, I've been waiting for a proper snow sequence in a Craig Bond film for some time. Glad it's finally happening.

I think the skidoos won't be used for the action sequence. I read where they're being used for filming purposes instead. And with with Waltz's character's background, I think some skiing is likely.

With the supposed budget problems, I guess we can rule out filming with IMAX cameras can't we? I heard somewhere that Mendes wanted to shoot three major action scenes in IMAX, but instead chose to go with a special lense (spherical lense) instead for them. It could potentially use the aspect ratio, but I'm not quite sure now.

Unless they won the negotiations on the budget and managed to wrangle an extra few:

Monday morning shoot up the River Thames, London.
Can we debate Craig's perfect hair length now, please? Thanks!

Craig looks excellent. It appears MI6 is back up and running at the usual Vauxhall Cross building.

Boat ride to MI6? That will be interesting. As for his hair, I'm one of the few that actually liked the short, military inspired cut he sported for Skyfall. His hair looks fine still.

Excellent! Our first photos of filming. Craig looks absolutely great. Obviously has the potential to be a cool, classic Bond moment. Could imagine it being a bit like the Jet Ski sequence in The Spy Who Loved Me!

What those images say to me is that Daniel Craig IS Ian Fleming's James Bond 007.

It's cool to see more of Tanner, although I was a big fan of Robinson, Rory does a wonderful job as Bond's trusted co-worker

Hype is on!

Have to agree Craig looks very comfortable and very...cool! And as you say, nice to see exterior MI6 shots with Tanner. Lots of interesting speculation as to the reasons why there are en-route (to where/from where?) in a speed boat...?

Going home.
Taxi is too mainstream.
or better:
Bond's at his new home, goes out to take the car, when arrives to the parking lot he remembers that his car isn't on this planet anymore, so calls his pal Billie that comes to pick him up and have some fun

The leaked shooting outline. Won't say anymore about that in case it gets me or Cb.n in trouble.

If he's acting in that shot where he's looking over his shoulder he does appear to be surveying the building as if it's not their destination. Might be reading too much into it, but I can believe it's been abandoned.

Nice thought...that makes sense....and I suppose only 2 years on, there was a hell of a mess from the bomb and I wouldn't know logistically if it would be ready and repaired for use with all security measures in place....I guess not....?
It'll actually make a really nice, bittersweet moment in the film for Bond passing by his former "home", signalling the end of what should have been a secure MI6 and also his former M.

the whole movie will be about the chase for a new car.
SPECTRE refers to the colour spectrum.
In fact, for the first hour and a half Craig will be with Franz Oberhauser, his car dealer, trying to find the right colour of his new Aston Martin. In the meantime, his wife Lucia Sciarra leave him because he spends too much time on this, and escapes with her new girlfriend Madeleine Swann.
Mr White borrows them his Alps house.

In at least one of those photos, they're looking to the opposite side of the river - close to where this building is under construction in real life: http://www.riverwalk...uk/architecture

I'd love to wake up with MI6 outside my window every morning above the Thames. Great site.
And, PPK, Craig's shot (the one I like too!) reminded me of this image circa 'Casino Royale':

At least they've finally got a decent looking haircut for Craig this time around. That's the best he's looked as Bond, Saturday Night Live notwithstanding.

Did you see them doing that, out of interest? Part of the scene?
Funnily enough, that road is where I saw the Skyfall crew last time out! They were doing the M & Tanner car scene and had closed that entire road and filled it with pretend traffic and background artists! They've got some cash, these guys.

Ha! You're right; I've not seen that before!
I thought they had a rule against Bonds wearing dinner suits onscreen when off duty, but then I remembered...

That's what it looked like to me, although I couldn't be 100% sure from where I was. When I was there, the cameras were rolling and the boat was going slowly as it went down river, so we can assume that's the direction of travel in the scene.
