Yes, Skyfall is stacking up to be the best LOOKING Bond film in a long time, possibly ever.

The more casual look will come with warmer locations - Turkey..

I think Craig pulls of looking sharp in a suit, tux and casual. He really has a very smart and bespoke look to his clothes and he always just looks 'pure Bond' in any setting.

Despite its other shortcomings, the locations in CASINO ROYALE and QUANTUM OF SOLACE also looked great. Three visually stunning Bond movies back-to-back for the Craig era is very exciting.

Miami International looked pretty dull and very blue. Digital grading overkill.

Ah yes, granted. The Bahamas/Madagascar and Venice are the stand-out performers in that one.

Your first impression was right, Mharkin. She's sleeping in the passenger seat, she'll wake in scene 137 on the road to Glencoe.[/spoiler]

I'm not sure.

Oh! She's sleeping. Well that makes it less hillarious. It looked like she was sitting normally, and she's just insanely small.

I found the picture quite by accident, so I'm afraid I don't know the origins of it, or even if it's from the SKYFALL filming. It doesn't appear to be Craig driving either, but I'm fairly confident the location is near Glencoe.

I haven't said this for a while, but I really can't say it often enough. To all our reporters and commenters (I'm not mentioning names because there have been so many, and I don't want to leave anyone out), thank you so much. Your efforts here on CBn have been remarkable, and we're all in your debut

its not DC. But why would Tanner or somebody else drive the car - maybe its not SF after all.

If we can make out its not him via a small pic, how can the illusion survive the big screen? Of course, if it is just far away driving shown - yes...

Amusing, glidrose. Yes, debt. The sentiment is accurate. My typing, alas, isn't.

Come to think of it, though, if I'm ever chosen to write a new series of Bond books, I'll include all of you in the debut.

You are definitely overestimating my abilities , however thank you very much for the appreciation.

According to the reports of local drivers, a section of the road to Glencoe was temporarily closed on Thursday 19 April 2012 to allow a helicopter to take some shots of the Aston Martin db5 for Skyfall.

Here are some photos:

Here's a video that was caught while Bond's car was coming back for a reshoot. The car is seen at 2:00 mins. Enjoy.

I'd heard a rumour that a SKYFALL unit was back up north of the border this week, and that brings it all together. Thanks, Luigi. Aerial shots of the DB5 driving through the glens should look superb.

They are shooting aerial footage, so they don't need a perfect Craig double to be driving the DB5 because, in the long shots, no one will ever be able to tell it's not Bond/Craig.
