I'm guessing the photos are from Bond's ancestral home, looking at the coat of arms over the fireplace.

I think you're right, JCRendle. The coat of arms over the fireplace appears to fit the following description:

Shield: argent upon a chevron sable three bezants, upon a canton of the field a left hand appaume gules.
Crest: upon grass proper a lion sejant and affronte argent, langued and armed gules.

I'd say that the Bond girls are dressed for the Casino sequence, but the photos were probably taken on the Skyfall Lodge's interior set. A stylish tribute to the series' history over that fireplace.
