I think that Daniel Craig is the man you see in the left corner, the man under the microphone. In the picture there is also Craig's double watching the scene ( or vice versa) close to the parapet. The person in a long coat could be either a man or a woman...

Agreed on all that. Do you think it looks as if they are swinging some sort of weapon?

When I wrote that post I hadn't seen the latest high resolution pictures yet, but now I feel safe to assure you that there isn't a fight going on here. Because of the low resolution of the photos it seems that Eve is holding a sort of wheapon, but do you know what it is?? It is simply her black scarf fluttering due to the strong wind on the roof!

Yep, I’ve seen the high-resolution photos too now.

It's the black box that’s got me curious now.

Very cold war looking that setting...really cold actually, they look like they´re freezing up there.

I am thinking in this direction, too.

The best Skyfall pictures so far.
The fact that Bond leaving the National Gallery stops and looks up towards something is a crucial element in the film. When I saw those pictures I immediately had the impression that he was looking in the direction of Whitehall. I've asked myself the meaning of that so explicit action and I think it has a metaphorical meaning. The investigation of 007 could start at the National Gallery and find its worthy conclusion after the events that will lead him to China.

Maybe Skyfall is a hamster.

Voiced by Albert Finney.

:D

I think Single-0 Seven nailed it, which is why I asked him to hide his remark. Potentially massive spoilers here.

Oh, and whoever captioned that photo is brilliant. Hilarious stuff.

If only I'd added the SF logo and "November 2012" across the bottom, we might have an early concept for the teaser.

Is it just me or are they doing a lot of filming in London? How does this stack up compared to other Bond films?

Probably the most we've ever seen of London in a Bond flick.

I thought so. Seems kind of underwhelming so far, I'm sure it's far too early to be a naysayer, but I miss the Bond adventures where Bond was barely in London.

I wonder how much of it will take place in London? We know a chunk of it, but it seems odd to be in London so late in the film. Could just be any building roof and for budget reasons they shot here, thought that seems odd....

I remember, many were annoyed by the constant location hopping, they had in QOS and wanted less location, less action and more dialogue. Just saying...to me it looks like they start off in London and finish in London, which is more or less the usual affair.

With all the calls for Bond's daily routine to be filmed, and "little morements" like Bond enjoying a meal while waiting for his flight, I wouldn't be surprised if people wanted to watch Bond bacheloring it up watching re-runs of "The Bill" on a Sunday night, and calling it the "most Fleming" of all the recent films. Of course, there would then be complaints frmo some people who felt that Bond should have been watching "Coronation Street" instead ...

We only know of a small handful of scenes actually set in London. The vast majority of what they've done have been interiors at Pinewood, and we know for a fact a good portion of that is set in Shanghai. Wouldn't go making a London-quantity prediction just yet.

(But yes, I get the impression we'll see a healthy bit of Londontown).

Great pics, but i have to say Craig isn't ageing well is he? A few more lines on his face than i remember were present in CR. I hope they can sort that out digitally...

Cupcakes that Bond kindly baked for the office staff. To them, he is now Bond with a capital "B".
