How far along is scene 172? Sounds like it's towards the middle.

In Casino Royale, it's Bond waking up in the Italian clinic. This must be a pivotal scene just before the conclusion. Looks like we're going to have a pretty lengthy film on our hands then. Great news.

I’m wondering why someone would take a box up onto a roof, a dead end, and what would be the problem if it just contained secret files. Bond seems to hand it over to Eve after a bit of tension, who takes it with both outstretched hands. I’d say the box contains something very fragile and dangerous if broken.

I think that Daniel Craig is the man you see in the left corner,the man under the microphone. In the picture there is also Craig's double watching the scene ( or vice versa) close to the parapet. The person in a long coat could be either a man or a woman...

Agreed on all that. Do you think it looks as if they are swinging some sort of weapon?

When I wrote that post I hadn't seen the latest high resolution pictures yet, but now I feel safe to assure you that there isn't a fight going on here. Because of the low resolution of the photos it seems that Eve is holding a sort of wheapon, but do you know what it is?? It is simply her black scarf fluttering due to the strong wind on the roof!
I'm still reflecting on this scene, however I can tell you that this is probably the final scene of Skyfall ...
