I'm guessing the shoot's just about over by now. Seems like yesterday they were gearing up at Smithfield Market. How time flies.

Honestly I don't know if they will be using Keysi fighting method techniques, anyway you can make an idea about the fight coreography and technique by seeing those stuntmen rehearsing on the top of the train :

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lcv6GOKeFcM

You may also find some useful information on IMDB.com
Nicola Berwick: fight coordinator
Roger Yuan: fight trainer
Hope that helps.

looking at footage and info on the two main pax involved and some there films it looks very similar to style used in CR. Basically they had DC train up in basic boxing techniques and took rest from there and it looks same here, defiantly not Keysi more a combination of several styles effective techniques so more of self defence combative system they seem to be using. Cheers for all info

In case anyone was interested (for us fellow film makers!),

Here's an article describing Roger Deakin's setup for Skyfall,

http://www.rogerdeak....php?f=2&t=1916

They are using an Arri Plus for handheld and Arri Studio for dollying, standstill shots, etc. They are shooting in ArriRaw 2.8k via Codex in 16x9, but framing it for a 2.35:1 crop.

Cool but I wonder how this will be "blown up" for projection in IMAX. I saw "No Country for Old Men" on an IMAX screen. It was cropped (it looked like you were watching a "letterboxed" movie on TV).

Looks like Daniel Craig has wrapped filming!! Looks like all that's left is just some Second Unit stuff which is being completed this week in Adana.. Not sure where MI6.hq.com got this from, and apologies if it's already been posted here somewhere.. My how time flies! Seems like only yesterday we were getting our first looks at Bond, M and Tanner in the Range Rover as it drove around Smithfield Market...

Didn't Michael Wilson mention filming wrapped this week? I read it in this thread Michael G Wilson on BBC Breakfast. I guess they used this info.

The end of an era for us then...it's been more than a pleasure and a joy following this filming for 'Skyfall', the longest filming for a Bond film ever!

All those shots we had of that Jaguar, of a dreary looking London...and now look where we are!

Indeed thecasino...The end of filming is kind of bittersweet for us Bond fans.. It's been VERY exciting to keep up to date with various filming tidbits, thanks to our Agents Luigi Ferrari, Marketto and others). I also thought the teasing clapperboard pics were a nice touch, the production crew threw our way. While it is sad that filming is over, a new excitement builds as the editing and scoring of the film begin! Oct/Nov are getting closer and hopefully, if Bond 24 is indeed locked in for 2014, I would estimate we can do all this fun stuff again say..starting late 2013, early 2014!!

This is an article from April, but I haven't seen it posted before: http://www.uxbridgeg...13046-30744170/

I understand they were considering using the abandoned Hayes Pool for a scene based in Silva's city/Hashima.

There are a lot of leaked storyboards on the net, I won't link to them, but keep an eye on links before you click if you don't want scenes played out for you.

It should be noted that those storyboards show the opening chase when it was slated to be set in India rather than Turkey, so there are a few differences.

One of his best films along side DRUNKEN MASTER 2, FIRST STRIKE, THE RUSH HOUR'S, THE POLICE STORY'S, and most of his 90's films. I just got one called 'KUNG FU MASTER' I still have to watch.

Good guess casino

What exactly gives away that those opening storyboards are set in India? Didn't notice anything telling that would suggest they're not Turkey.

There are a few clues, most of which I can't remember off the top of my head, but the main one is there being train passengers sat on the carriage's roof.

Hmm. Don't remember any passengers. And I'm trying to resist looking again, lest I embed in my brain permanently the sketches I'm already trying to forget. ;)

I sort of know what you mean, but the fact that M directly gives the order for Eve to shoot as the action develops is very important to all that is to follow.

....I was wondering who/why/when Eve takes that shot and if the target is on puropse or not....that will be a blistering bit of film!

Bond is not shot deliberately. The target is not Bond, it is Patrice.

The point, and the bit that I find most interesting, is that M thinks that it’s so important that Patrice is killed, that she orders Eve to shoot knowing perfectly well that Bond might get hit, but does so anyway.

Patrice has a computer memory stick on a chain around his neck. I think it is the content of this memory stick that is at the crux of M’s decision.
I also think that this is all connected with what is in the black box at the film’s end.

Has anyone got any theories about all this? I’m doing my best, but I’m bamboozled.
