Ostensibly script sections. We were nearly shut down in 2002 for that sort of [censored]ing stupid behaviour so anyone trying to do it now just gets instant ban, haven't got the patience to discuss ins and outs nor demonstrate mercy. Just [censored] off back to Cretin Land.

Indeed. Really not worth it.

For anyone tempted, imagine a Zero Tolerance regime implemented by someone for whom "zero" feels like generosity.

Yes 2002 was a black mark for Bond sites and EON. Let's not have that happen again. The last 10 years CBn has policed the boards well.

Thanks, Jim.

Yes, probably not the most sensible thing to be be posting, all things considered.

Certainly not. Although I'd heavily question their credibility.

(EDIT: I just showed up now, didn't actually see any of the supposed post. I'm purely guessing.)

There would have been more buzz if any of the real script was leaked, I don't believe it. (Better safe than sorry in any case). Thank's for the swift action.

Believe that.
I´m not revealing anything, just saying that there is some "movement" in some auction page lastly...

Why EON didn´t close them?

These sort of leaks tend to happen around this stage in the production process, and I'm sure Eon know that. It's not particularly harmful unless the contents are distributed to a wide readership, so if anyone learns anything, it's probably best to keep it fairly quiet and definitely not post anything on these boards!

Many more mentions of this here and ultimately the risk is nothing gets mentioned here about anything ever again.

Don't.

SKYFALL location filming: "M"'s residence John Barry's London home?

Added February 21, 2012

Still photos of Dame Judi Dench as "M" filming Skyfall in London, appear to show her leaving John Barry's former apartment in Cadogan Square, which we assume now belongs to his wife.

The apartment is empty and available for rental so it's perfectly feasible that Laurie could have allowed filming there for a few days, especially given her long-standing friendship with Barbara Broccoli.

Was this merely used as somewhere for Dame Judi to rest between takes in Cadogan Square, or is it going to double as M's or even James Bond's private London residence?

Certainly the interior is rather grand and admirably suited to a person of their standing, though one imagines scenes of this kind would normally be shot in the studio,

We await any further news of this with great interest.

Marcos Kontze aka Marketto, Cbn member for 10 years, responsible for a brilliant news converage of Skyfall in the last months, with contacts with Sony Brasil, was banned from Cbn

Good job Jim. That´s the way to treat a friend. No tolerance policy, oh please, what is this? a regime? What? Couldn´t you have talked to him first? Before deleting all of his posts since 2002? Now I now why ALL the old guys have gone. And, as usual, you´ll only treat this post with contempt, irony and all of your so gramatically correct weapons. Who cares anymore? It´s just sad. And THAT is an opinion, ban me for it as well if you will. I´ve also been here for 10 years. If that doesn´t count for anything, what will?

Remember how I said, that Jim was some annoying *******? You guys didn't agree with me back then. I had a discussion on the other board that a mod should be - at least a bit - of a role model on how you should act on a forum like this. Jim never acted like that - au contraire...guess its an ego thing. Because you have the power, you do it..

On a side note. I have experienced, that Marketto does have a tendency to become a bit overexcited and overnegaged about providing all the goodies and just grabs, what he feels fit, sometimes without asking. But he is a good chap in the end and certainly more interested in dlivering the goods then lets say Jim, who just shines with sarcasm, everybody could do without.

...on my way out with one foot after critisizing... :S

Guessing he didn't see Jim's warning.

So? Couldn´t have Jim spoken in private with Marketto? Or deleted his post interely? Banning him? What´s next? Banning Luigi, Germanlady, and all the people who have worked to keep this site alive with news and Skyfall coverage for the last year or so? That´s ridiculous.

Truth is, if it wasn´t for Marcos or any of the other guys who have posted news and updates here in the forums, Cbn would be dead in the water. I guess the other forums will now benifit with his/their presence.

I´m not even arguing with the "warning". But Jim should know this wasn´t a good move. I´ve defended Jim in a couple of situations but his personal moves work against him sometimes. I do appreciate his humour, but this isn´t funny.

But sure, if Jim can make a very good argument, I´ll apologise for any wrongful criticism.

Marketto's gone? Didn't see that coming! I'm away for two days and all hell breaks lose! Ah well, i can still follow his Twitter feed i guess, and link to his posts from there if he continues to post Skyfall news and pics. What was it exactly he did to get banned?

I cannot claim to know any details beyond the obvious ones. But if there is copyrighted material involved Eon can and will protect their property. And see to it whoever uses this material will face consequences. As CBn had already had to learn the hard way once before. It's a no-brainer we should not post such around here if we are interested in the continued well-being of this site.

Lets see, sometimes it took ages to ban really annoying members and for this, one step aside is all it needed. Like I said, Marketto lately has a tendency to step over certain lines, but so do others and he - at least - provided tons of information. Deleting his post and gently kicking his a*** should have done the trick. He deserved a second or even thrid chance compared to some others.

Germanlady, this is a misunderstanding. As far as I can see Marketto wasn't banned for anything close to being annoying. To the contrary, he's a most friendly person and a popular and valued member; I have no doubt about that. The reason for his ban - if I got this right, that is - was an action that simply endangered the existence of CBn.

So? Wouldn´t a simple cleansing of topics and a kick in the *** do the trick? I´m sure that would even be a more faster move than erasing all of the existence of a member from a form.

It´s really not a question of right and wrong here. Marketto stepped over a line, sure. So, a moderator should have contacted him and asked if he could take the info down. AS DID SONY. Sony Brasil asked Marcos to take down some info from his own personal site and he did. As he did, Sony gave him special previleges and info. Because he was such a nice chap you see?

This is a power move as many others have been before. Idiotic members who bullied, trolled, ..., for months and even years weren´t given the same treatment. Did all the moderators agree with this? It´s a fair question, right? Is this a Cbn democratic decision. If so, please, by all means, I´ll apologise for the rant. If not, I´ll have no interest in participating in a totalitarian "forum".

I think you misunderstood Germanlady, Dustin. She was saying that it took so long to get rid of members who were annoying etc, whilst a valued member like Marketto does one little thing wrong and he's kicked off immediately without so much as a pat on the head.

Anyway, to get this back on topic, do we know when Skyfall is wrapping-up shooting?

Marketto is not just "another user". Please, Jim, think again about that.

Ironically, I wrote this in an Spanish newspaper a few days ago: http://jamesbondbras...ornal-espanhol/

It is about SkyFall and how Sony threatens people...
