Ok, this source is reliable. There are also 2 peoples whose profession is related to medicine.This hospital is almost certainly the place where they were shooting yesterday,too.

Just seen elsewhere that they will be filming in the Charing Cross Tube tonight, it’s standing in for the Temple Tube Station - they’ve been changing the signage. But also lighting the outside of Charing Cross, so could be other stuff too.

The probable reason they are using Charing Cross is that the Jubilee Line used to run through the station.
The platforms for which are now closed to the public, however they are still maintained and could be used by film companies without disrupting a working station.

EDIT

Just had word from a friend on his way home from work who uses the station, it does seem as if the bits that they are set-dressing are connected to the old Jubilee Line platforms.

I agree with Germanlady that yesterday Daniel Craig wasn't at Great Ormond Street Hospital for filming, but this does not exclude the possibility that Wednesday he could have been at Great Ormond Street Hospital for filming Skyfall . I'll try to explain my idea. A week ago (December 1st 2011) a girl wrote on Twitter:

"Crazy times, my mates a nanny and they're shooting some of the new James Bond film at her work!"

Wednesday 7th 2011 at 10.44 am A.B.,who is probably a man Working as a medical strategy and function advisor to the business unit leads in Roche Speciality Care (see Linkedin),posted on Twitter the following message:

"Work meeting just been interrupted to allow the filming of the new bond film to continue. #secretlocation #fb".

At the same time C.M.,a girl whose job is possibly a nanny or a healthcare assistant ( see Angelcare-nursingagency)posted on Twitter this message:

"I gotta be late for work more often... Daniel Craig jus asked me for directions...I feel like a Bond girl #gassed"

She replied to a friend who wanted to know where she met Daniel Craig:
"lol yeah defo not northampton.. yeah in london at my workplace im surrounded by film studios.. hes filmin here for james bond"

She then replied to another friend:

"sha u gotta come.. next time u in the ends u should come for lunch and will show u around he's gonna b filmin ere for a while"

Yesterday we found that Daniel Craig was at the Great Ormond Street Hospital, which is a global centre of excellence in child healthcare,probably for humanitarian purposes.

The point I want to focus on is: is it unlikely that Skyfall was filmed there on Wednesday and then Daniel Craig went to the hospital again on Thursday for other purposes ( i.e. charity or contractual terms)?
If the answer is "no", this means that a certain point we'll see in Skyfall a scene located in a hospital or in a laboratory for medical research and the Great Ormond Street Hospital is the best choice in terms of logistics, given its proximity to the area where they were filming recently.

Yep, that´s classic Casual Dan right there, with the Jeans, tie, cardigan and trusty old belt. Ring on the finger too, so that rules out filming right there and then. But still, it can happen at some point. It´s really been a secretive production thus far hasn´t it?

I’d say New Cross then, another business believed to be in New Cross is also reporting Skyfall activity today.
The photo is from the Twitter feed of someone saying that they have been told that they will be filming out side his “studio” today/tonight. Yesterday he said he’d been told it was part of a car chase.

I’d say this was second unit work.
