Don't think there are any confirmed sightings of Daniel Craig on set today. I certainly didn't see him - just Dench and Kinnear again.

On the subject of Rory Kinnear, only learnt today that Judi Dench's husband was Kinnear's godfather.

Without a pic to proof it, we will most likely never know, whether or not, he was there.

I am fairly certain he was not there, but of course we won't know until the film itself!

I've posted this previously, but I'm quite excited for the look of SKYFALL. I feel it could have a distinctly unique feel within the Bond canon, with the grittiness of a wintry London contrasting sharply with a neon-dominated and sleek Shanghai, and Turkey in the spring.

Cooler than the muddy colour QOS was shot in at any rate.

interesting tidbit from http://www.theestabl...l-vauxhall.html :

Skyfall has been in prepping in Turkey and shooting will start over there soon.

Cool. Assuming that site has got that information from a different source to CBn Forums, that's encouraging, as that was pretty much what we had forecast. Good stuff.

Goodness - the bad guys are bringing the fight right to home soil aren't they with all these spy reports and news? It's going to be a very dramatic and exiciting film I think.

Real danger felt for the first time, in a long time, for MI6 and hopefully to remind us that not everything is as invincible as we like to imagine!

Brief mention in today's Metro with Naomie Harris, not adding much but main parts were great atmosphere on set, she's doing a lot of action scene and working out for it but can't keep up with DC who gyms 2 hours after filming(!) but she did confirm theyre filming a "massive action scene in Turkey in a couple of weeks".

Im thinking PTS train scene ...

She continues on Mendes "theres an amazing atmosphere on set it feels v call and intimate, almost feels like we're making a low budget film which is fantastic so often I forgot all the hi-har surrounding it"

There are those words again "low" and "budget".

Let the negativity commence...

After seeing the hundreds of people around on set on Saturday for just a car interior scene, and their building of an entire country house only a couple of miles from where I sit now, 'low budget' seems a slightly laughable phrase!

To be honest, she didn't say that the upcoming stunt they are going to perform is expected to take place in Turkey. It's just a guess.

Yes, I think that sequence involves Bond driving off a bridge on a motorbike and landing on the roof of the train.

Good to hear. Usually when an actor says it feels like a low budget indie film that implies good chemistry on set and a fair amount of fun being had. Great news.

B) There was some talk about trains "being the movie's backbone", which would be rather fitting if we had a long train sequence as the second third of the movie.

Yes, I agree.
Does anyone think it’s possible that Turkey is playing itself in the first 15mins, then standing in for elsewhere later in the film?

Yes, I was thinking about the last minute change from South Africa to the Bahamas on CR. Then it ends up playing itself and parts of Africa.

I'd forgotten about that quote. Makes some sense, particularly as we already know there's a foot chase around the London Underground tube train network.

If the Istanbul and southern Turkey train sequence are in different parts of the movie, I guess there must be some story hook about Turkey itself. Bardem's character perhaps? Of course, as others have observed, the southern Turkey scenes may actually be doubling for somewhere else.

The Sun started this – need I say any more? They were not filming a “high speed chase” anyway.

I was there watching the filming all day and didn't see any medics, commotion or significant halt to filming (apart from the usual lunch break).

The location marshalls acted no differently in the afternoon compared to the morning and people were still allowed to walk down Millbank during filming - they were just told to keep to the pavement.

So I agree that this is another non-story
