How does Roger Friedman get all the inside info? Those behind Skyfall are being very protective over all aspects of the film, why would they give such details to an entertainment site which was so willing to leak that Adele was the title artist and continues to give out information that they are obviously keeping back until a certain date?
More than likely it's coming from the Adele or Sony camps. Certainly not EON, one would think.

I’d say it’s a deliberate leak (and part of a strategic series of deliberate leaks) – it’s all designed to keep this thing in the news and all across social media, every day and right up to the release next week.

"'I've heard it. Best Bond song in my lifetime. Hands down - hats off once again to Paul Epworth and Adele. Hope they win Oscar."
Hmmm, nice.

Seems odd to complain about Bond lyrics. None of them have good lyrics.

Yeah, frankly, this is likely it.

I know. 'Set Fire to the Rain' basically is a Bond song. When I think of "contemporary artists who are the definitive image of a Bond singer," I think, "Adele."

I'm amazed that folks can't imagine her singing a Bond theme! After hearing pretty much any of her songs with the piano, strings and horns plus her powerful voice how can one NOT imagine her singing a Bond theme!
Pretty much my thoughts as well. Since her debut album was released it seemed destined for her to be a Bond theme song artist. I can envisage 'Skyfall/Let The Sky Fall" whatever it is called will retain a contemporary edge whilst harking back to the classic Bond themes of the past.

Roger Friedman says the word "Skyfall" will be in the lyrics, although could just as easily be understood as "Sky fall". It's unlikely we'll know for certain, even when we hear it, unless the lyrics are officially released. http://www.showbiz41...the-deep-writerThey said Skyfall word won't be in the lyrics, just sky and fall, and I've already seen the word "Skyfall" twice.

Pieces of the puzzle may be coming together but it's sill frustrating going over the same bits of information back and forth trying to make it sound official.
Come on EON, just 1 week left probably then all this fuss and nonsense can be put to bed and we can move on with other exciting build-up to 'Skyfall' other than this drip-fed speculation!

Even now, it just seems there's too many people swatting around what they want to believe / they claim to see / heard / expect.

It may be frustrating but this is exactly what EON wanted, planned, implemented and executed.

The article itself only references the Showbiz411 article, if you look at the cover there's no mention of Bond.If she's on the cover of Rolling Stone and THEY reference her doing the Bond theme? That's good enough for me! Done deal folks!
http://www.examiner....ames-bond-theme
What I got from that article is that they're reporting she's on the cover - a major achievement in itself for an artist - it doesn't look like they've read inside.
I'm waiting for a report that doesn't quote or reference Showbiz411.

C´mon. At least "We have all the time in the world" has excellent lyrics.

They don't care about that. When it comes to Bond, I've always been under the impression that they rather report false information than report nothing at all. Still, looks a lot like Adele, but I'm only going to believe it when it's official...So it is. My bad. Still, it's in the bag, it's Adele. Too many publications that would have egg on their face of it isn't her.
