Hang on...
A View to a Kill? Blu Ray? Wha!
What are you referring to?
Oh, excuse me.
1) It was Octopussy.
2) I thought the advert was advertising Blu Ray's 'cause the DVD's have the same cover art in the US. They have a white scheme in the UK.

A review of Quantum of Solace in this month's Australian Empire confirms that the DVD will only be released here as a single-disc edition, containing just the "Another Way to Die" music video. All the goodies will be on the Blu-ray Disc, though.
Looks like I'm one step closer to waiting for the inevitable double-dip.

Hopefully Danny Boyle will get the series back on track.

If you kept up with the news, it has been confirmed that Boyle won't be directing Bond 23.

It's a bit unfortunate, really, but if they go with in that direction, it certainly would put the new era of Bond that started with CR and came to a crashing halt with QoS back on the right path).

Thanks for this. As usual, the Blu-ray screenshots look fantastic. I like the look of the menu as well.Quantum of Solace Blu-Ray.com review. WITH SCREENSHOTS!

Gotta say...that main menu looks absolutely bland to me. It reminds me of the "unoriginality," if you will, of the Quantum of Solace posters. I feel like that menu was made in about five minutes...

I'm sorry, Mharkin007. I'm glad that the DVD is going to be released. Really, I am. But that's just my opinion about the main menu. Maybe I'm being unfair because I haven't actually seen the whole thing yet.I am calm!
It just pisses me off that whatever thing is released, someone is never happy with it!

Ok, I'm here to give an official warning:
They WILL release a better, more comprehensive version down the road.
If you don't want to wait for the Collector's Edition that probably won't come out for another year or two, then don't be indignant this time when you realize Sony double-dipped. They are always going to do that. It's been the trend for years now. It's a guarantee.
Be ready for it.
