I think that could work - different, sudden, and serious. I wouldn't mind it - it may or may not work. I'd be just as happy with a classic Bond gunbarrel.

So, if the gunbarrel design's similar to the one in the Coke advert, we'd all be pretty happy with it, wouldn't we?

That's the perfect gunbarrel for QOS. It's a more modern gunbarrel. So if they could combine it with the traditional style it wouldn't be so bad. I think that something was missing during the gunbarrel in CR, the BOND THEME. It shouldn't start with theme song.

Did MK12 create the gunbarrel for the Coca Cola ad?
I'm not sure about that. It looks a bit like a real gunbarrel from the movies so it possibly could've been done by MK12.
I hope that was a little preview of the final gunbarrel from QOS.

Somebody knows if this will be the definitive design of the QOS gun barrel?

Daniel Kleinmann designed the whole ad but that's the only thing I know about that.

The Gunbarrel Sequence is a all time classic and basic part of the James Bond films,so if we accept that Foster wants to back Bond to the 60s style,i think that a traditional Gunbarrel like Goldfinger or TSWLM is the perfect choice with Dianel to walk very cool and very Bond
Fair point. I can never remember the differences between the different gunbarrels like some fans can, but I think I pretty much like them all and as long as it's back at the beginning, I don't think I mind too much.

Isnt that exactly what they did in CR? So is it confirmed that theres going to be a gun barrel scene?Just a thought, would anyone think it'd be cool to have DC walk out to no music, just the sounds of his shoes walking against hard floor, then as soon as he fires, the Bond music kicks in?

Sweet, hope its coolThere is going to be a gunbarrel; we've known it for months. It will appear in the tradtiional start-of-film position as opposed to an "on location" one like Casino Royale, despite the mornic rumour that the gun barrel will be Craig firing upwards when he's holding onto the ropes.

That'd be brilliant, IMO. Much more effective than blaring the Bond theme over it.Just a thought, would anyone think it'd be cool to have DC walk out to no music, just the sounds of his shoes walking against hard floor, then as soon as he fires, the Bond music kicks in?

This would be very interesting, and would hark back to the Dr No gunbarrel which is pretty much like that - just some weird sounds until Bond shoots, then the music kicks in.

I think that the gun barrel defitivately will be at the start of the film.

I think it would look really cheesy and stupid if bond just stopped and randomly shot at the gunbarrel
So you're saying that the gunbarrel sequence, on the whole is cheesy. Even for Dr. No to Casino Royale?

CR didnt do that, they worked it into the action. Im saying if they do that without working it into the action then it would be stupid. Basically im saying if they do it exactly like Goldfinger or LALD then it would be stupidI think it would look really cheesy and stupid if bond just stopped and randomly shot at the gunbarrel

It would be more cheesy if the Gunbarrel was intergrated into the PTS for every single movie.
