A bunch of people have seen it, but no one took a picture of it. Strange...

I think it's pretty well established that it's a real poster now.

Honestly, if I saw the poster at a cinema, I'm not sure I'd take a photo of it there and then just in case someone on the forum didn't believe it was real. It's not very strange at all...A bunch of people have seen it, but no one took a picture of it. Strange...
Personally, I think the poster is fine. Simple, it's effective, and I think Daniel looks quite cool in that picture to be honest. It's true that it doesn't look like a lot of work has been put into it, but sometimes, simple is better. Maybe we'll see a better poster in the upcoming months.

You should of asked if there was any spare copies. Some cinemas usually give them out free.

It definitely is real, I've seen it up close.
Well, I'm not liking it. To me, it looks fan-made.
I'm sure it looks better in person though. Right?
I'm not liking it either. The image of Bond with that weapon is wearing thin, as it's been used as the first teaser poster and also prominently in the other marketing for the film.
I do wish they'd go for a more noirish, CR teaser style poster. The suit and the rifle is getting old.

It doesn't appear to have been advertised on the main site the way the previous posters have been. And also no sign of a US 1 Sheet version.
Perhaps it will eventually make its way to the official site.
I may be wrong, but it seems like the first Quantum of Solace poster as well as some for Casino Royale (with the exception of that film's first teaser poster) quietly appeared on the internet with little or no fanfare. Much like this one in that we only came to know of it after an appearance on eBay.

Do you think I'd be sad enough to go into a cinema, take out my camera and start snapping photos of Bond posters, just to prove to pathetic people like you that I am not lying.A bunch of people have seen it, but no one took a picture of it. Strange...

I'm saying you are lying? I've never said that mate, and pathetic is you talking like that here. I'm just saying that is quite awkward we're not seeing this new poster on the official site, or whatever.
Choose your next words carefully Mr. Willy, or I'll report your activities to SPECTRE.

I despair at the state of Modern Bond posters. There hasn't been a good one since TLD's. Nothing about it stands out - it is the most uninspiring one of the lot, and that says something - considering DAD's frankly dismal efforts. I could have knocked something up like that in Photoshop within an hour. This is simply not enough, I expect better - something that stands out. Innovate Eon, innovate!
I agree 100%. First we have awful teaser poster which just like someone outside with camera and took a bad picture and now this photoshopped crap with Bond and a huge gun. I WANT HAND DRAWN POSTERS WITH IMAGINATION DAMMIT ! Like these:

Ok fair enough. Bad day at the office. It just sounded that you were implying people who had seen the poster were lying.

Its better than the second Teaser Poster though.

Plus I thought it was an exploding bus!
EDIT: Actually, I'd rather have this one as the official Teaser Poster. It has the same style as the Casino Royale Theatrical. Shame isn't it? Fans can come up with a better poster than the offical Marketing Department!

Looks good, though but the date is supposed to say NOVEMBER 7; not october 31. And Bond looks a little like that villain. no means of offence.Looks a bit fake to me, to be honest.

Quantum of Solace comes out in UK theatres on 31 October, hence that date being listed.

Just found this on eBay - Quantum poster
Not that great, hey?!
Pathetic.
You think so? I like it... It reminds me of the Casino Royale theatrical poster. It has the same style. I actually preffer this to both the teaser posters for Quantum of Solace.

I'm pretty sure the background to the fake QUANTUM OF SOLACE poster from eBay was used on a fake CASINO ROYALE poster a couple of years ago... Certainly looks familiar from somewhere.
By the looks of it, it's a promotional image (wallpaper probably) from the Aston Martin DBS website.
