One of those listed was Assad, so I guess it's safe to say he's done.

I looks like Logan has seen the light but then again this is 24 & things have an odd way of never ending-up where you think they will. Not sure on the shocking moment. The previews at the end of this week's episode had CTU storming the Russian embassy although Aaron Pierce & Mrs. Logan looked pretty "friendly" in that quick scene they showed. Now, then, you 24 experts. Let us have the skinny: Has Logan really seen the light...or is his inner weasel preparing to cut loose? My money's on the latter. But what is "the most shocking moment in the history of the show" they say takes place next Monday?

Jack cutting off the russian dudes finger with a cigar cutter

It may be speculation on my part, but that's my belief.

How true, LOL. There was a nice increase in the body count last night as well. Ricky Schroder's character added a very nice edge back to CTU. Now if only Chloe would get back to her usual irritating self.Man I dunno about everyone else but even when the man is stabbed in the chest, Logan still looks like he's up to no good.

Without giving anything away from tonight's episode, am I the only one who finds it rather improbable that this particular president would pick the vice president he seem to have gone with? Powers Boothe is a good actor but the character just doesn't work for me. For some reason the writers of the show can't manage two equally good plot lines. Weird.

I keep watching and hoping the writers can bring all this together as they have in seasons past. For some reason I'm not hooked this year, not as in all previous seasons. I mean, I'm not on the edge of my seat, screaming for next Monday--they way I am with Prison Break, which sets out to do just that and does it with a vengeance. 24's still the show to watch. I just wish the writers could bring back the killer hooks and twists!

They should end this season with him sitting in his garden when he is randomly hit by a bullet. As he tries to crawl into his house, some footsteps are heard, and we pan up to see someone standing over him - "The name's Bauer. Jack B-", er, ahem, never mind.

I feel the same way, it used to be that 24 was the main course and Prison Break was the appetizer, but its been the other way round lately. Despite some highly improbable twists and coincidences, Prison Break has been winning in the "thrill ride" stakes whereas 24 has been on autopilot. Unless they pull out all the stops for the last stretch, this is looking like the weakest season of 24 yet...HOWEVER, a weak 24 is still miles ahead of just about anything else on tv. Anyway, I'm liking the Rick(y) Schroder character too, I think they're pushing him as a more extreme/'evil' version of Bauer. Interesting revelation about Audrey too, want to bet that that Chinese ambassador guy (seen at the airport in episode 1 of this season) was behind her demise? They should end this season with him sitting in his garden when he is randomly hit by a bullet. As he tries to crawl into his house, some footsteps are heard, and we pan up to see someone standing over him - "The name's Bauer. Jack B-", er, ahem, never mind.
