This thread is phenomenal. I've set it up as my start-up page whenever I first get on the Internet, just to make sure I don't miss any updates. It's also fascinating for me, since I'm interested in the film process. This is a great look at how a film gets made.

First, an apology. I said this would be the last entry, and I thought it would be. But as I've been writing it, I've remembered little moments that I'd forgotten, and now I'm zooming on past 7 pages, so you'll have to bear with me for one more episode after this one. Some of you have said that too much detail is not a bad thing--so I'm taking the risk that I'll bore you, and making sure I get everything down. Truly, I'm not playing with you--it's just coming out a little longer than I'd expected! Also, Im still using the low-res photos of the casino, as I'm still waiting for my friend to send me an email.

So forgive me, and let's get to it.

Honza picked me up outside my apartment in Sokolov in his usual good humor, his sunny grin a welcome antidote for the gloomy weather and my cement-filled head.
