Granted but then you regret it when your much older and he is the same age and you get tired of his Bond.


I wish I had a DB5.

Granted, but DB stands for Dust Bunny and 5 for its weight in kilos.

I wish for Bond 24 to be reminiscent of Thunderball and TSWLM, in all the right ways.

I wish we don't get stuck with Mendes for Bond 24.

Granted....we get stuck with Lee Tamahori AND Marc Forster teaming up to direct Bond 24 together...as a result, the film is such a terrible flop that the Bond series is cancelled for good..

I wish that with the DVD release of Skyfall we get some really cool extra features and not just the same old videoblogs that we've already seen throughout the production online..

Granted - all the extras you requested are available on the Ultra Limited Edition, in which only 50 copies are produced worldwide at the low price of $5000. The standard retail DVD for $15 only contains the video blogs.

I wish that the rest of Daniel Craig's movies are all as high quality as Skyfall.

Granted but they only come out every 4 years and Craig only does 2 more films.

I wish that David Arnold returns for Bond 24 as one last hurrah.

Granted, but his score consists solely of Underneath The Mango Tree and a cover of Eric Serra's The Experience of Love.

I wish that Miranda Frost was the main Bond girl in Die Another Day.

Granted - she was.

Just like Vesper in CR, she's the one working with the enemy and the one who dies.

Just like Fields in QoS, she's the one Bond sleeps with, and she dies.

Just like Severine in SF, " " " " " " " " ".

I wish that Bond gets to float away with a surviving love interest at the end of B24.

Granted, but then in Bond 25 she is killed right at the beginning and Bond is distraught.


I wish that Severine wasn't killed off and that she survived in Skyfall.

I wouldn't say she was Hornet, that was Jinx. I'll change my wish then - get rid of Jinx. Just like I wouldn't consider Fields the main Bond girl in Quantum, nor Severine although I guess she technically is. It's a bit different since Eve turns out not to truly be a Bond girl of course.

^ Granted, she survives but doesn't feature in the movie again until Bond and M are standing on the road in front of the Aston Martin looking over the highlands of Scotland. She becomes misled by a certain Mr. Silva to think Bond betrayed her and left her for dead on the island, and thus she snipes Bond and M from a distance. With Bond dead, the series ends on a low note. The movie flops, EON sells the rights of the entire Bond series to Activision who only use them to continue pumping out awful quality video games like 007 Legends.

I wish that Bond 24 will open with a traditional gun barrel - at the beginning of the film with the Pierce Brosnan gun barrel design or a similar variation (just an update of the Binder design).

Granted...but instead of the traditional James Bond theme which accompanies the gunbarrel, that song by the Animals "Boom, Boom, Boom" is played instead...

I wish that we could have one of Craig's future Bond films take place around Christmas time, story wise, like how OHMSS was..

Granted and I would like to see that too but the film's may focus is about Bond learning about the true values of giving etc.

I wish that Bond would use his silencer more in Bond 24.

Granted...Bond gets off 1 single shot with his silenced PPK before the gun is shot out of his hand by the baddie and for the rest of the film, Bond has to rely on machine guns and such..

 

I wish that Bond 24 has a pre-title sequence which is a separate adventure and plot from the main film, sort of like the pre-titles of Goldfinger.

Granted but it leaves the audience confused and it gets poor reviews. 

 

 

I wish that their was another Bond documentary for the 50th anniversary.

Granted - catch the new documentary about the life of Samantha Bond this week on BBC.

 

I wish that the next film will have an ending where Craig gets the girl a la Thunderball/Goldfinger/etc...

I wish Bond 24 features a new gadget.

Granted...in Bond 24, James Bond receives from Q-Branch, a 1 pound coin which in actuality is a poison capsule, designed to be dissolved in an opponent's drink..and that is the only gadget in the entire film, as Q takes a holiday halfway through the movie.

 

I wish that Bond would make a return visit to Las Vegas in either Bond 24 or 25..

Granted... in Bond 24 Bond goes to Vegas to meet someone at a Wayne Newton show but leaves right after.

Granted, but when you put the DVD in to watch the film, The Notebook plays instead.

 

I wish I had a Moon base.

Granted but the moon base is run and operated by Dr. Evil.

Anyways, Granted, but the next James Bond is in a public service announcement calling for the end of the franchise and the 007 series is cancelled.

I wish I could be a Bond girl and not get killed off through out the movie.

(killed throughout the movie? You mean it takes you more than one scene to die?? LOL )

 

Granted...you get cast as the Bond girl but end up being arrested as you are a double agent who Bond has arrested halfway through the film and you spend the rest of film in prison.

 

 I wish that I could get a small percentage of the profits that Skyfall is generating at the box office!

I wish Sam Mendes will return to direct Bonds 24 and 25.

Granted but the success of Skyfall goes straight to Mendes's head and everything he does he thinks it great when the film comes out its a huge flop. 

 

 

I wish their was one more Bond film either in 92 with Dalton or 04 with Brosnan, even if it wasn't that successful.

Granted, but the films were in fact so successful that EON decides they can never top it and never make another one (in either 1992 or 2004 depending on which you prefer).

 

I wish Surrender was the main theme for Tomorrow Never Dies.

Granted! It's so successful, k.d lang is propelled to Shirley Bassey status as a pioneer of modern day Bond theme songs, and she is signed to sing the next 5 theme songs in the series. Each one gets worse and worse, but the contract stands and she has to continue, with the next song being 'Skyfall'...

I was they would get back to having a ending credits song in Bond 24.

Granted.....but the end credits song for Bond 24 turns out to be a "Gangnam Style" Bond theme by that utterly stupid Psy....

 

I wish that as one of the DVD extras for Skyfall we get a blooper reel..
