Granted...but something goes wrong and you suddenly lose your powers of invisibility and find yourself in a rather awkward situation when you decide to sneak into the women's showers at the gym (naughty, naughty!)

 

I wish that Luke Skywalker had had at least one word of dialogue in The Force Awakens..

Granted, he gets two - he tells Rey to "piss off" and it's the last we ever see of him.

 

I wish Austin Powers and Hawaii Five-0 hadn't dredged up the old "we're brothers" saw...no, that's not the problem - I wish SPECTRE hadn't dredged it up.

Granted... Instead, Blofeld turns out to be an alternative reality form of what James Bond could have been in terms of he was acutally the child of Andrew and Monique Delacroix Bond and somehow finds a way into our reality to take on the true James Bond..

 

I wish that Dave Bautista's Hinx hadn't been killed off in SPECTRE so that he could make a return in Bond 25..

Granted: tomorrow you wake up to discover you've been transformed into Trevor, Tracy Ulman's gay flight attendant character. You're back in the late 80s - early 90s when there was less tolerance and although you retain memories of the future you find you can do nothing about it - not even bet on long-shot Daniel Craig becoming Bond. You already know every detail of every upcoming film and have nothing to look forward to until 2017.

I wish for future Bond films to be more like TB, OHMSS, DAF, TSWLM & OP with being overtly so.

Granted.. Your students decide to abandon all modern forms of technology, but then have trouble figuring out how to work or use an ordinary wristwatch and thus are late for your class every day and can only have their assignments sent to them via telegraph...(no e-mail or texting).   

 

I wish that the late, great George Martin (R.I.P.) had gotten the chance to do one more Bond score after Live and Let Die..

Granted but the score for Never Kill Again (1991) starring Timothy Dalton is simply the sound of farmyard animals on a constant loop

 

 

I wish that Bond 25 would come out in 2017.

Granted...Production is so rushed on Bond 25 that Daniel Craig is unable to do it due to filming his US TV series. As a result, Bond 25 turns into Bond 24.5 as spinoff film, sort of like the Star Wars: Rogue One etc.. So..Bond 24.5 is in actually all about Q and his exciting adventures with his gadgets and two cats to feed..

 

I wish that Colorado weather would make up it's damn mind on what it wants to do.. Yesterday, it was 70 degrees and lovely and spring-time warm...today... 30 degrees and blizzard like conditions...

Granted...but due to a nation wide drought, you are unable to fill up your lovely pool with water and thus it goes unused...until the local skateboarding punks start sneaking into your property to use it for skateboarding tricks and stunts which damage the pool.

 

I wish that Daniel Craig gets another Star Wars cameo for Episode VIII!!

Granted! He is cast as Han Solo's brother, Dan, who pops up at a funeral scene dressed in a dinner jacket.

 

I wish the "personal" narrative and plots of the recent James Bond films will soon go, and we can get back to just having a man on a mission!

(I too am inclined to agree, TCR, but I'm not complaining by any means about what we've had with Mr. Craig..)Granted.. Bond 25 features Bond on a mission....to hunt down the missing patron of the British Library who has a very overdue library book which contains a hidden treasure map to the lost city of Atlantis, all the while trying to fend of SPECTRE agents who are after the same thing...However the film is released to very poor reviews and constant whining by fans and critics about how James Bond is turning into Indiana Jones.. The series comes to a grinding halt..

 

I wish that Hans Zimmer could have a crack at composing a Bond film score!
