Granted. They're just obnoxious and after world domination instead.

I wish that we get a new James Bond film every 2 years, like from the Moore era onwards!

Granted, they all star the cast of Friends and have titles like "The One where M gets kidnapped."

I wish I could meet all the former James Bonds, and pick their brains.

Edit: Also, Elizabeth I told my wife about your wish corruption and she laughed.

Granted!....how do I corrupt this....? .... And in that pipe there was a rat, he was just taking for walk and lost his way.

I wish that the rumour about official 'Skyfall' images and teaser poster being released tomorrow were true...!

(So do I!!) Granted...but EON publicity team throw us Bond fans a MAJOR curve ball by having Judi Dench's M be the major image on the teaser poster, while Craig's Bond is featured only as a minor character in the background.

I wish..we would get to hear some early snippets of Thomas Newman's score for SKYFALL online soon!

Granted, but since none of the film has been edited together yet, Mendes is forced to edit the film to match the music that Newman is writing now in order to grant your wish. Asked to incorporate cues from the maestro, Newman is inspired by John Barry's score for 'Out of Africa' - which means lots of lilting, ponderous pieces akin to the scene where Meryl Streep spends months in a clinic getting treated for syphillis.

I wish there was a 'Dream Cast' program that would enable you to dub other actors' faces and voices into existing movies - then I could see how George Lazenby might have done in FYEO.

(Reply to The Dove: Granted - but the only snippets released will be Thomas Newman's effort at sampling the Die Another Day theme, and performed entirely on panpipes.)

EDIT: Granted - but due to a glitch, George Lazenby performs the whole of the movie with the voice of George Baker.

I wish that Ralph Fiennes will reveal he has just signed a five-film deal to continue in recur in the Bond series.

Granted...but it is very much a let down when it is revealed that Fiennes will NOT be the new M as many have speculated. Instead, his role is revealed as "man-who-does-double-take-with-a-bottle-of-wine" just like Victor Tourjansky in The Spy Who Loved Me, Moonraker and For Your Eyes Only.

I wish.. that a future Bond film would have Bond visiting a pub or two and indulging in a pint of bitter or lager.

Granted! But you have to cope with him visiting the same branded pub three times in the film (at the start on his own, in the middle meeting a contact and at the end toasting a job well done), and you have to witness the worst product placement you can imagine. It's worse when Bond holds up a pint of a well-known global beer, winks at the camera at the end and says "This never happend to the other fella!"

I wish that Bond's beard doesn't dampen his clean cut, suave and sophisticated 'Casino Royale' image now in 'Skyfall'!

Granted. The entire movie consists of Bond strapped in a chair getting his bollocks walloped.

I wish our very own "The Shark" realizes his life long dream of becoming president of the David Arnold fan club. (Nothing personal, Shark!)

Granted! But now Thomas Newman is taking on scoring 'Skyfall', the David Arnold fan club slowly crumbles around him...never to pick up again.

I wish that 'Quantum Of Solace' was appreciated a bit more as it deserves as a good Bond film.

(Agreed with you on that thecasinoroyale!) Anyways,

Granted...but the downside is that it gets TOO MUCH appraisal and praise that it becomes the standard Bond film with which future Bond film standards are set.. Thus the classic films, such as Goldfinder, From Russia With Love and Thunderball get left behind in the dust and sadly get devalued.

I wish that the "007 Theme", which hasn't been used since Moonraker, would make a return in Skyfall!

Granted: just for you, the soundtrack is comprised of 18 variations of the 007 theme, performed by Propellerheads, the Pretenders, Iggy Pop, Pulp, et al - in short, everyone who collaborated on David Arnold's Shaken and Stirred project, all under the direction of Thomas Newman, who is spared having to write any original music for the film.

I wish I'd get a positive response from one of the teaching jobs I've interviewed for.

Granted...a ski sequence is confirmed for Bond 25, but the downside is is that Craig's snowsuit outdoes Roger Moore's Big Bird - Yellow suit from The Spy Who Loved Me in the cheesy department...It is lime green with hot pink trim.

I wish that Michael G. Wilson's cameo in Skyfall (if he does one) would be another significant speaking part a la Gen. Chandler in DAD or Tom Wallace in TND and not the lame, guy-sitting-on-a-chair type from Quantum of Solace.

Granted - the reason EON has been witholding the name of the villain and which actor plays him is because Wilson will be playing Blofeld, in an extended appearance that rivals Judi Dench's for screen time. Craig's scenes have all been shot; while Michael and Judi gnash up the scenery, we get occasional glimpses of Bond running around London looking confused. At the end of the film we get the announcement "M and Blofeld will be back in..." with no mention of Bond or Craig.

I wish that I could walk into a five-star hotel with my lady and announce "we're teachers on sabbatical, and we've just won the lottery" and mean it.

Granted! The press soon hear of this breaking news in the local area and swoop in, getting you in the local media in papers, magazines and even TV reports with photos of you, the 'Luckiest Sabbatical Teacher In The Land'. But it turns out at the end of the 3 months that you actually was just quoting the words of James Bond from 'Quantum Of Solace' which you really did mean, but your lottery win was minor, enough for a week, not 3 months.

You spend the next few months in quarantine, pending a jail sentence and facing debt ranking up into the thousands for your hotel stay.

I wish that we have some substansial driving action as we glimpsed in 'Casino Royale' and 'Quantum Of Solace' in the Aston Martin in 'Skfall'.

(been there, done that my friend! OUCH! LOL) Granted..you visit a specialized clinic run by a Dr. L. Chiffre who has a form of therapy involving a chair with a hole and a knotted rope..after just ONE visit you no longer feel the discomfort caused by your boxers...another, more painful form of discomfort takes it's place..

I wish that the next Bond game to be released would feature a segment where you, as Bond, have to win at baccarat or poker over his nemesis..would make a nice change from simply mowing down the opponents with machine gun fire.

Granted! However due to the time taken to flesh out the meaty first-person shooting experience, the producers are forced to cut the game once Bond sits at the table to the Windows version of 'Solitare' with 007 logo playing cards and the James Bond theme looped whilst you play a simple game of 'Beat the Banker' for a full house of red, black, red, black...and that's all you get for the card playing segment and then it's right back to the slick shooting up of the casino when you lose.

I wish that we hear some more Bond 50th anniversary treats soon!

Granted...a new display of various Bond props and "old relics" is displayed at your nearby museum..but the majority of these items are meaningless shards of debris such as a piece of the broken tailight cover from one of the ice rally cars in OHMSS, one of the empty Coke Zero bottles from the party scene in Quantum Of Solace, an old and discolored deoderant spray can which was used by Roger Moore to "flame thrower" the snake in his bathroom in LALD, a shard of wood which was from the bullet hitting Kara Milovy's cello in TLD and an old KFC wrapper discarded by Felix Leiter in that scene from Goldfinger. (I could go on here, but you get the point! lol)

I wish...that for Skyfall, we get a "Secondary" theme song to be played over the end credits (AFTER the James Bond theme of course), such as Eric Serra's "Experience of Love" in Goldeneye or The Pretenders "If There Was A Man" in The Living Daylights.

Granted! It's Take That with 'Back For Good'. As we believe that James Bond Will Return... but we don't know in what and when.

I wish that James Bond orders his medium dry martini, introduces himself AND has action with the James Bond theme music all in 'Skyfall'.

(Good lord, I haven't heard that Take That song in AT LEAST 15 years..LOL..Nice one, TCR)

Granted..but unforuntately Bond drinks his martini, introduces himself and rushes straight into the action with the Bond theme all within the first ten minutes of the film thus leaving the rest of the film feeling flat..

I wish that at somepoint in a future Bond film, Ben Wishaw's Q gives Bond an updated version of the Little Nellie helicopter.
