Granted....but as this is corruption, Hunt edits the films but they aren't the films we know and love, rather they spin a whole new story and lose the charm that Connery, Moore and Dalton injected in way for tighter shots on the villains and large sweeping shots of the locations. Basically, the films end up being unwatchable over their formerselves.

I wish that we get some more 'Skyfall' pictures and news on a certain teaser trailer soon....!!

Granted - we get so inundated with details that, by the time the film comes out, we all feel like we've seen it already. Repeat ticket revenue and DVD sales plummet, so MGM pulls the plug on Bond 24.

(Shudder)

I wish I could be in London in late March/early April. I read somewhere that there will be some more principal filming going on.

Granted! It's the principal shots of angry car drivers getting out and shouting and Michael G Wilson's cameo as a market trader who has had his fruit stand knocked over by Bond during his chase. None of the main cast, or Sam Mendes, is required to attend the dates.

(But please AMC, divulge more if you have it...I am in London the end of March...sounds good indeed...many thanks....!)

I wisht that I could be a witness to some 'Skyfall' filming or any future James Bond films as I would love to just...be there...!

(as would we all I'm sure, thecasinoroyale!!)

Granted...but unfortunately the only scene you happen to witness is just a mundane establishing shot of London traffic, where NONE of the film's stars are on location when you arrive..i.e. various buses and taxi cabs which have to stop and reverse back to their stopping positions after each take. The scene takes 15 takes and you eventually get bored and leave..just missing Daniel Craig's arrival to film his 30 second appearance in the sequence.

I wish that Barbara Broccoli would magically appear on my doorstep with a personal invitation to attend the premier of 'Skyfall' in London!

Granted, but you have to carry her into the lobby on your back while wearing a wig and a dress, then stand there while she harangues you a la Dame Judi in the International Women's Day video - but she doesn't refer to you as '007' even once. You also miss the film, even though you're in the auditorium, because she uses you for a footstool like Captain Flasheart did with Baldrick in Blackadder goes Forth ("Do you know how it feels to have the wind whipping in your face? He does!").

I wish, since I can't get to London for the filming, that EON would films some scenes close to where I do live.

Granted! It's one of the major action sequences, where resulting local houses and communities are affected by the battle between Bond and the enemy. You are forced to leave your home to allow Health and Safety to continue with filming, as this now involves pyrotechnics, stunt drivers, stunt performers and fake glass, and a helecopter.

The scene begins shooting but the resulting action leaves a car crushed up against your house and the windows smashed in, as well as several other buildings, due to the high explosives on set. Chaos takes over your house, and you find it hard to rebuild the damage with the finance you have, and end up resenting EON for coming near where you live at all. You don't even see your house in the final cut of 'Skyfall'.

I wish that this week goes by quickly...!!

Granted..it goes by TOO quickly thusly you find yourself scrambling to try and complete many of your work/homework assignments and have very little time to spend on CBN, playing many of the Forum Games... (haven't we've all been there?? lol)

I wish that for the 50th anniversary, a special 007 edition of Trivial Pursuit would be released!

Granted! But it's a celebratory 'Gadgets And Gizmo' Edition of the game where all the questions relate to every single gadget, technological device and weapon used through the films. Very little is mentioned about the actors, the villains, girls, cars etc. It becomes more like playing a game of Technology Vs. Science than a James Bond game...and it bores you so much you bin it. I mean, even the 'cheese peices' are set out in an anniversary style of little pistols, and that's it.

I wish that James Bond would be seen making pancakes in 'Skyfall' as he cooks up a feast for a female (in honour of Pancake Day today!)

Granted. But as it turns out he's making pancakes for M, which is the culmination of an extended, 3-D (no glasses required) sex scene with a full frontal of M. (Be careful what you wish for!) Hot syrup anyone?

I wish Skyfall was being directed by David Lynch.

Granted! It's all filmed in a shade of navy blue, and the soundtrack is made up of piano. When there is an action sequence, it's sped up twice as fast with dramatic operatic music to accompany it. The credits happen at the end. It's that sort of film, y'know.

I wish that we get to see more behind-the-scenes 'Skyfall' video tomorrow!

Granted. But in this case "better" is a 9 to 5 corporate job working with people you have nothing in common with, and working on projects that make no progress for years at a time.

I wish Skyfall was going to be Bond's first R-rated adventure.

Granted...Skyfall will be the first Bond film to sneak in a few "F-bombs".. Just as the S-word appeared in Live And Let Die, Licence To Kill and Quantum of Solace, in 'Skyfall" M makes history by telling someone to " Go F--- themselves.." LOL..

I wish that EON and MGM/Sony Pictures would get the ball rolling already on getting screenwriters together to begin prep-work on Bond 24, to build off the momentum that 'Skyfall' is generating.. That way we will be assured of a 2014 release date!

Granted! EON bring in Robert King and Marc Norman for their visionary work on the 'spectacular' 'Cutt-throat Island' pirate movie and decide to set Bond 24 on a British Naval War Ship, letting James Bond show of his Commander status by having to stop a hijacking by ruthless Quantum fanatics called 'Asian Dawn'. The writers begin to envision this as James Bond meets Die Hard...on a boat. Preview reaction isn't warm for the October 30th 2014 release date...

I wish that Activision would release 'classic' Bond films as computer games!

Granted! They release 'Dr. No,' wherein the most exciting level is being chased up a mountain road by a hearse. The final level - the longest - plays out the novel's scenario of having you crawl through endless conduits being burned, drowned, bitten by tarantulas, etc., before being dumped into a lagoon. The 'boss' of the level is the squid, which bears a striking resemblance to the sewer Sarlaac in 'Shadows of the Empire.'

Their follow-up, 'Thunderball,' is mostly underwater, and involves a lot of slow-motion treading. Because the climax of the film is too fast-paced and frantic to translate into game play, they opt instead to use the ending from 'Never Say Never Again,' wherein you and Largo trudge around in the Tears of Allah well, taking turns getting pinned by the bomb sled.

I wish Ian Ogilvy had made at least one film as 007.

Granted...but it is in a very, VERY bad Kevin McClory produced sequel to 'Never Say Never Again' titled...'Never Say Never Again...Again: The Revenge of Fatima' in which Fatima Blush's twin sister attempts to hunt down 007 for blowing up her sister in the first film. Not only does the plot suck, but the producers choose to release the film on the EXACT same day as A View To A Kill in 1985...Once again, Roger Moore triumphs at the box office..

I wish that for Skyfall, or Bond 24 we could get ALL of the former 007s to make cameos in some discreet roles so that the audience wouldn't immediately recognize Connery et all..

Granted: they play the 00 agents killed in the attack on MI6 headquarters and only appear in the flag-draped coffins. As all the coffins are a standard length, there is no telling which is the tallest down to second-shortest, so there is no way to recognize them at all.

I wish there was a job (outside of EON) where my encyclopaedic memory for Bond and other trivia could earn me a living...

Granted...you become the answer judge on an all-James Bond game show..it is your job to judge the contestants answers down to the very minute details... Unfortunately, you become SO picky about calling out wrong answers, several irate contestants launch a class action lawsuit against the game show and the network..you are sacked..

I wish there were some kind of special Smirnoff, or other brand of vodka promotion that will be launched in conjuction with Skyfall's release and the 50th anniversary of James Bond..

Granted! The Smirnoff vodka lines are heavily promoted with James Bond adverts, competitions etc, which starts to slowly get into everyones psyche. Drinkers start to think they are James Bond the more Smirnoff they drink, and James Bond mania takes over local bars and clubs. Even people start raving out to drum and bass 'James Bond Theme' music.

You find yourself hitting the bottle more and more acting our your James Bond fantasy, surrounded by big posters and adverts that you feel are real and part of your world. You drink...drink...and drink.....

Granted, but lots of things go badly and you therefore don't have any time to do anything fun.

I wish people would stop expressing serious desires for The Arctic Monkeys and or Alex Turner to perform the title song for Skyfall.
(They never even got up to being 'well below average', and I'm certain that most of the public agrees that their 15 minutes ceased about 5 years ago. They were OK for a bit, but that was it).

VERY Granted!!....but sadly it moves back into Adele and Ed Sheeran territory and we have to have that ear-bashing about 'new styles', 'haunting vocals' and 'stunning voice' all over again for another few threads!

I wish someone classic would sing the theme for 'Skyfall', not some current-newbie.

Granted..but the producers take the term "classic" a bit too far and select Placido Domingo to sing an operatic theme for Skyfall. The younger generation hates it and the song quickly plummets on the Billboard charts. As a result, for the Bond 24 title song, the Michael and Barbara ring up Lady Gaga to try and get back in touch with the new generation *insert shudder here*

I wish that Peter Sellers hadn't gotten fired and was able to complete his scenes in the 1967 Casino Royale spoof..

Granted! He is warmly recieved through the whole film and turns the concept from a spoof more to a tribute to 007 movies. So much so, EON bring Sellers into to franchise starring in 1971's 'Diamonds Are Forever' set 15 years in the future since 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service' and ushers a whole new direction for Bond films, turning them more into comedy films than spy thrillers. Roger Moore and Timothy Dalton never get a look in, and Sellers quits the role in 1980 as he feels 'too old' for the part, and so the young actor Rob Lowe is cast to take over the role as James Bond, but he is the son of the Sellers chracter, and even more of the James Bond series is written off as it is now James Bond Junior. Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig never get a look in.

I wish that we hear the James Bond them in a moment of pure brilliance in 'Skyfall' for the first time!

Granted: You hear an announcer on the radio - one with a twangy Texas accent - say "One of our missiles just 'accidentally' blew up...in North Dakota."
As the wind is howling straight down from Winnipeg you can expect a nice, balmy 'false spring' before nuclear winter sets in.

Granted...but those sneaky producers, Michael and Barbara along with Sam Mendes still decide to keep things as secret as possible and release a pre-teaser, teaser trailer. At a grand total of 45 seconds long, the footage shows nothing but shots of Judi Dench, Rory Kinnear and Daniel Craig, riding in various Range Rovers and Jaguars across London, basically the same footage we've already seen..BUT for the first time we get some lines of dialogue and perhaps for the first time learn the name of Javier Bardem's character.

I wish an announcement will be made SOON about who the Skyfall title song performer will be!

Granted, however he has a duet with Kanye West which is 5 minutes of Kanye interrupting Sir Cliff, saying "I'mma let you finish, but I'm the greatest!!" All Sir Cliff gets out is "Skyfall" at the very end, and it is quick.
