i showed it to some guys on my floor after they were fairly disappointed by the new superman returns trailer. when they saw the casino royale trailer they thought it looked real good.

Wow, it looks much better on the official site, but the sound isn't as good. Craig's voice is great! Deep but not stodgy, smooth but strong. And for the most part, he really looks like Bond.

After hearing Dench's voice I'm glad they kept her for the part. (Recasting Dench was the only issue I had with the whole CR package.) I never bought the tension between Pierce's playboy Bond and the evil queen of numbers...

But a badass renegade Craig Bond and a scowling Dench makes complete sense to me!

I actually think that the look that he gives the camera says it all. It's kind of like a "I'm Bond, get used to it." kind of look, or something along those lines.

Is the long jump shot on to the crain Bond or Mollaka? Cause I thought it was Bond but than on the wide shot Mollaka is not on top of the crain and then he is in the next shot. They could be jumping from crain to crain though. Looks exciting non the less. Maybe Rick Sylvester helped out. lol.

Why is it that anytime I see anything related to James Bond in active motion, that I get the chills? Seriously, that teaser trailer was wonderful and gave me a beautiful feeling. I watched it about three times, and still, I had the same results of the chills! See what James Bond has done to me? I love it!

Yes I agree, I prefer the 'bootleg' version where the guitar is not as loud, it overpowers the rest of the music in the official version

This trailer, while virtually identical to the French one, is much better. The video quality is better, it's in English so I can understand it (and it has Craig's voice instead of someone else's speaking French), the music is better IMO in this one, and the final shot looks much better this time around because of the improved video quality. The only disappointing thing that I can find about either teaser is the fact that Daniel Craig's name is not mentioned anywhere.

That's true. Had forgotten about that. I'm sure that the phrase "Daniel Craig is James Bond" will pop up in the regular trailer.

I swear, you look at Craig on the teaser poster and he looks like he had to go through hell just to get a seat at the table!
