Oh my!
Thank you so very much!
That "unofficial teaser" stuff was rubbish. It's got the logos at the end and everything!

It's a shame Bond's line doesn't actually make much sense- he really needs to say 'so you shouldn't have to worry about it much longer' on the end, shouldn't he?
It's possible that it was taken out of context, like they do in many trailers.

Perhaps it is just the fanboy in me talking, but I have every confidence that Daniel Craig will be one of the best Bonds, and CASINO ROYALE one of the best Bond pictures.
I agree with an earlier poster (apologies, but I cannot find the specific post now) who wrote that it seems as though the producers have asked the correct questions and are intent on producing not a James Bond picture but a picture about James Bond. Formula is fine, but by definition it can become flat and stale without altering. I have not read the full script (although at times it feels like I may be the only one who has not) however I do think that the producers have, this time, succeeded in stripping away the features that were beginning to make the franchise slightly old hat.
Naysayers be away with you. This is a great time to be a Bond fan.

I kind of preferred it in French - seemed much more exotic and mysterious.
Judi Dench delivering DADworthy dialogue about blunt instruments doesn't come close to being as sophisticated and atmospheric as "Judi Dench" murmuring some stuff in French, which language suits the moody black-and-white stuff right down to the ground!
Heh! Yeah I agree! I hope we get the French version on the DVD so I can relive all this!
I remember watching the whole of LTK in French once, and it was in b/w because of incompatibility between Uk and continental VHS players- surprisingly easy to watch!

LOL I preferred it in French too, you're right about it being more mysterious. And its kind of disappointing now that we know he doesn't say anything at the end of the trailer. I STILL feel he's about to say something but it gets cut off!

"Judi Dench" murmuring some stuff in French,
Dr, is it wrong to find Judi Dench's voice in French sexy?

I liked it better in french myself. Still...I was dissapointed that there wasn't more more dialouge.
Well it's only a teaser, there shouldn't be much dialogue. It only should show enough to wet your appetite.

I've been rewatching the French version since...
What day is it?
*looks at watch*
I figured it couldn't get much better...
Ohhhhhhhhh Baby!
Also, the music is a bit harder on the guitar and just even more stellar.
Again, fantastic.
