I caught this link over at www.theforce.net and the people on their message boards are definitely over the moon about this footage! Thought I'd share it with you guys. Again, happy April Fools Day, everyone!

No. Not really. But it was still better than I expected from Episode III.

Best star wars ever, and that's coming from an TESB purist like me.

So, Chewie's a midget when surrounded by his bretheren. That's interesting. :)

I'm strangely jazzed about STAR WARS EPISODE III (and I'm not, and never have been, much of a STAR WARS fan).

Do I need help? :)

Ah, this is a bit interesting. I really want to see how they'll pick it up in this one, as they really have to start showing Anakin's moral changes in this and the next film. (Although they started slightly in Episode II)

Hmmm....maybe I'll go see Episode III!

Funny enough the Ewoks in ROTJ were originally planned to be Wookies, but over the course of the three movies Chewie was shown to be quite technologically adept.

You seem to know your StarWars.

Answer me this, if you can!

What is the 17th sentence that Darth Vader speaks in The Empire Strikes Back?

Awaiting answer.

I did not anticipate your reply.

I assumed you'd take it as a joke.

But I'm not sure if that's the right answer.

Did you scan through your VHS that quick?

Don't worry, I haven't got a clue either.

Merry Christmas.

Okay, the title is now BIRTH OF THE EMPIRE, apparently.

If that is indeed 100% true, it's definitely not a sparkling title, very plain. But it's not horrible, would do.

I'm reminded of a "Simpsons" episode that had Mark Hamill guest-starring and singing "Luck Be a Jedi Tonight"...

My choice:

Star Wars: Episode III - Vader, Padme, and...Twins! There can be a promotional tie-in with that Coors football commercial

BIRTH OF THE EMPIRE is certainly better than THE PHANTOM MENACE

I think that sums up all three of the prequel titles.

Interestingly that floating on platforms of lava mention is consistent with Lucas' original STAR WARS book from 1977.

Birth of the Empire??? The last title (Attack of the Clones, that title suckes) already had 'of the' already. Don't like the title. I like "Shadow of the Empire" better. Even though I think that was a video game title for Star Wars.

Don't like the title. I like "Shadow of the Empire" better. Even though I think that was a video game title for Star Wars.

Shadows of the Empire was a novel written some years ago, which took place between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, which was turned into a comicbook series and videogame, as pointed out.

The Birth of the Empire does sound like a chapter of a 1930's serial that the Star Wars series attempts to emulate.

I prefer The Creeping Fear as the title for Episode III.

I liked "The Creeping Fear" better.

I expect the real title will not be either if these. Nothing leaks from Lucasfilm.

IMO the title shoudn't have a key word from a previous title.

No phantom, menace, attack, clones, new, hope, empire, strikes, return, or jedi.

I like The Creeping Fear better as well, but I, too, suspect that, like Die Another Day, the title will be something we've never heard before.
