Yes. There are always good and funny posts to be found on the Talkbacks, but it's not a particularly "user friendly" site - in fact, I often have problems even accessing the main page (which may be because Harry Knowles and co. don't have enough bandwidth, or something like that). Also, there's no sense of community, the order of the Talkbacks gets screwed up, the Talkbacks get stretched, and as far as I know it's impossible to search for posts. AICN could and should take a leaf out of CBn's book.I don't participate anymore...I hate the low tech but the talk backs can be funny...no police there

I agree, don't get me wrong, the prequels are great pieces of entertainment and I find them great to watch, I just don't think that The Creeping Factor sounds like a great title, but I think I felt the same way about The Phantom Menace, so I may get used to it. Rise of the Empire sounds like a Star Wars film, it suits the series better than The Creeping Factor. That's pretty much where I am. There are flaws, but the flaws don't get in the way too much for me.

I am not one to not attempt to embrace the new things. I am an originalI mean, if you really and truly detest ATTACK OF THE CLONES, that's more than fair enough, but I can't help feeling that "old school" STAR WARS fans severely underrate the prequels (and severely overrate the original trilogy).

Doesn't have enough punch for me, sounds like it was something that was made up in about 5 minutes.

I hope you are right. I have no faith in Lucas anymore though. So I will not see III in the theatre. If people I trust tell me that it is a significantly better than Ep. I and II than I will rent the DVD when it comes out. Otherwise it will go unwatched.Lucas has stated repeatedly that EPISODE III will be by far the darkest of all the films; I'm sure, too, that he's pulling out all the stops to make his final STAR WARS picture something to remember (especially after the decidedly mixed reactions to TPM and AOTC). So even those who passionately hate the prequels may be pleasantly surprised by III.

Episode 1 was watchable, EPII was a little better (last part especially), if III manages to be a little better it won't dissapoint me.
I do wish Lucas would just leave the old ones alone. I've read that the Emperor in Empire Strikes Back (the old woman with prosthetic makeup and monkey eyes) is being replaced for continuity.

As for the Star Wars saga, I really don't have any interest in it anymore. I think that George's revisionism in the prequels chipped away at the foundation of the original trilogy until it made no sense.
Those who love it, go ahead and enjoy it. But I have no love for Star Wars anymore.

The reason I think thiss isn't the title is because titles rarely leak, and never from Lucasfilm. There were scads of rumors and "spies" who thought they had the titles to I&II, but TPM and AOTC came as total surprises. Heck, even those clowns at MGM surprised us Bond fans with TND and DAD. Even if The Creeping Fear was the title yesterday I think Lucas would chaange it today because of the leak. You know, HE needs to be king geek, not Harry Knowles.
Having said all that. I kind of like the title. No, it's sure not a classic trilogy title, but it is a prequel title. It fits.

In an Ultra-Specıalıstic-Fantastico Edition!
He'll take the original negative, destroy it, and film it ALL again in CG! All the vocals and sound effects will be digitised.
That way, no characters will look older, no effects will look cheaper than others, and Lucas has more buck for his bang.
I hate sarcasm.
Luca$ probably will never release the original Trilogy, only the SpecialEditions.
And he may even go back to change them again.
*Prays to God that Luca$ leaves them alone*

My biggest gripe with the series, is that during the fights in TPM, no one talked, no good lines. They brought it back in AOTC, but very little, then messed it up with Yoda going "Hidden Tiger" on Christopher Lee.
I do like Natalie Portman

I think you and I are the only ones, Loomis.I think it's really cool that Lucas is revising the original trilogy so that it'll be much more of a piece with the prequels. Essentially, it'll eventually be just one great big six-part saga, a sort of LORD OF THE RINGS times two affair.
