Yes.

“When MI6 comes under attack” well, they move operations to that underground bunker. I’d thought that the bomb on the tube was just that or a diversion, now I think it’s another attempt to get directly at MI6.

SKYFALL likely to be a tale of Jaguars, trains and tunnels then. I expect that we won't end up remembering it for that though!

When they started building the London Underground, they had to abandon the original tunnel, because they dug it too close to the Thames and it was a flood risk. Now, what if that tunnel later became this MI6 bunker?

Scene 54K.

Bond in the MI6 bunker, by the look of it.

Agreed. Looking less dishevelled than when he arrives at the bunker initially, so presumably this is shortly before he's dispatched to Shanghai.

With a prince of wales suit. Very cool, very Goldfinger. One hopes he´ll be meeting with Q at that point.

The National Gallery scene must take place somewhere around this point in the film. Possibly just afterwards. I think Ben Whishaw is supposed to be in that scene, as well. So, perhaps Bond meets him there?

Good thinking. It's indeed the same outfit as Bond is wearing when he leaves the National Gallery after meeting Q: http://www.dailymail...all-London.html

Roughly, I expect SKYFALL to pan out as follows:
Istanbul - London - Shanghai - Macau - Hashima - London - Glencoe - London.

That all seems fairly concrete now.

Has it been confirmed that part of the film will include a flashback to the 70s? Or was that simply based on that clapperboard image of an old school schematic?

I think that was just speculation. I've seen nothing to suggest there will be a flashback personally.

How cool would it be if the underground Q-lab would exit through a...say...painting on the wall of the National Gallery? What?! Too Roger Moorish? Eyebrow? Cmon, it´s Bond.

Perhaps the hidden door should exit into Roger Moore's house. As Craig passes through Moore's study, he winks at a surprised, eye-browing raising Moore, then steals a grape from a bowl of fruit. A couple of nice anniversary nods there.

If we want a really classy and niche Bond reference/homage, the painting could be Francisco Goya's Portrait of the Duke of Wellington... (In fact, I really like this idea!)

Love that idea! :D I suppose Moore than says "This never happend to the other fella!"

Going to be very interesting seeing how this film pans out, seeing how close we've been able to get...

Here you can discuss Skyfalls runtime, locations, scene numbers etc. I've seen quite a few threads get overtaken with this, so it makes sense to have a thread dedicated to this.

So, what we know so far....

James Bond in Istanbul - Scene 8

M and Tanner being chauffered in the Jaguar ( Waterloo-Parliament Square-Whitehall) - Scene 22
Whitehall Office - M and Tanner pull up and walk into the Whitehall office - Scene 23
Whitehall Lobby - M and Tanner have to go through security - Scene 24
M's Car - Tanner learns someone is accessing the flash drive - Scene 27
Vauxhall Bridge - M's car is stopped by security - M gets out the car angry. - Scene 29
M yells at the guards / Mi6 Explosion - Scene 30
London Funeral - Scene 35
Farringdon Road - Bond and Tanner ride to the new digs (underground bunker) - Scene 39

Industial - Scene 63
Office Tower (Shanghai) - Scene 64
Eve shaves Bond in Macao hotel - Scene 68
Macau Casino - Scene 72.
Bond and Severine on Macau Yacht - Scene 77 and Scene 79
Whitehall Lobby - M and Tanner go through security again - Scene 95
Computer Display - Scene 97
Underground Station - Scene 120
Bond chasing Silva towards a government building in Whitehall / Silva walks down a corridor / Silva dressed as a Policeman - Scene 126
Bond sprints to Whitehall office building - Scene 127
Silva escapes from Whitehall office building - Scene 130
Tanner puts M into her car and it speeds off - Scene 131
POSSIBLE Ext: Bond's flat - M enters his flat - Scene 132
POSSIBLE Int: Bond and M plan get away - Scene 133
Alley / DB5 - Scene 134
M wakes in DB5 in Scotland - Scene 137
M and Bond share drink next to road in Scotland and Bond talks about his childhood - Scene 138
Interior of the Scottish Manor or Chapel - Scene 142
Helictoper Attack on Skyfall Lodge - Scene 147
Silva's Man fires a flare and sees M and Kincade / Kincade helps M to safety / Silva is excited as he sees M and Kincade/Bond runs and kills one of Silva's Men - Scene 165
London Rooftop - Scene 172

Roughly, I expect SKYFALL to pan out as follows:
Istanbul - London - Shanghai - Macau - Hashima - London - Glencoe - London.

That all seems fairly concrete now.

I think I understand now, I just had to play around and put these two quote forumals together, also added what might be the Istanbul scene. Awesome posts, thanks Mharkin and Vauxall!

Roughly, yes - plus the 'Hashima' scenes between Macau and the London underground chase.

I'd add that I don't believe we actually see Bond's flat; I think the scenes filmed in Chelsea are actually the exteriors of M's house from earlier in the movie (probably around the time of the attack/funerals).

Also, after the titles, there'll be some scenes with Bond emerging from the water and being given some TLC by 'Beautiful Woman' and that nighttime beach scene.

I expect that'll be intercut with the London attack to some degree. There'll probably be some stuff with Silva in those early scenes that we don't know about yet, as well.

Good point, I can imagine a juxtaposition of scenes between the attack on MI6 / Bond engaging in some fierce beachside rumpy pumpy / M attending the funerals.

Scene 18? The establishing shot of MI6 HQ is Scene 19. Looks like the end of title sequence opens up on MI6.
