I agree brendan, I heard that the director of Jaws: The Revenge considered this one to be the 'real' sequel to the original, how wrong he was.

Still, I have watched it a few times.

The thing that bugs me most about this film is that if it was done properly it couldve been a really good movie. The basic story was interesting, but it is mostly ruined with a fake looking shark who has developed a fixation on eating a whole family.
Maybe I'm giving it too much credit, but if someone had actually re-read the script (preferably while not drunk or stoned) the film could have been considered as a worth sequel.

The said thing about the film, Jaws: the Revenge is that they had over 5 endings filmed for it, and the one they chose was rather lacklustre.

Does anyone remember the movies with rapper group the Fat Boys - called Dis-orderlies? That movie is so sentimental, yes it was bad but I laugh my hiny off every time I hear Ralph Bellamy (trading places, rosemary baby) "step off homeboy." Movies based on Old school hip hop are like one of the good things about the eighties.

Oh god, I remember that film. Another good guilty pleasure is a film called Dudes. It's about these two punkers who go off looking the for the biker who killed their friend. Pretty weird little film.

I recently saw Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3 and despite it's reputation, it wasn't too awful. It's a bad movie for sure but not nearly as bad as some have said.

Yeah, I have no taste.....And I'm proud of it too! :)

...and does VAN HELSING count?!

It seems like the movie-going public is split right down the middle on that one; I know quite a few people who liked it. In fact, pretty much everyone I directly know who saw it likes it. Therefore, I don't think that would necessarily qualify as a guilty pleasure so much as a heavily maligned film.

Alright Brendan, I'll agree with you there.

I'd say it was ruined when we found out the shark could growl. I'm sure others will beg to differ. :)

Batman And Robin: Okay, okay! I was eight years old when it came out, and I loved the Batman stuff at that time. I just thought that movie was so cool, because I thought Robin was so cool, and in that movie he got his own motorbike and stuff like that, so yeah, I liked that movie alot and I thought it was cool. I probably still like that movie to this day, even though everyone thought it was cool. That's my guilty pleasure.

My guilty pleasure in that film is seeing the slinky Uma Thurman as Poison Ivy.

Uma Thurman was a good fit for the character, but it's a shame that she got such crap material to work with. With a decent script and a great director, Uma would've made one great Poison Ivy.

Definitely. Her normal character was very droll and bland.

Agreed...I personally loved the movie and will be picking up the Ultimate Edition in October (as opposed to just the special edition).

Definitely, I love this move. May be typical action with a crazy plot, but it works.

Raise the Titanic was good, if not being a little bit incredible. I was always interested in the Titanic when I was younger, so those interested me.

"Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd"..... Probably the funniest movie I ever saw

"The Matrix Revolutions"... Heavily panned by critics. The better of the Matrix sequels.

"Van Helsing" A vampire movie with bite.

"The Chronicles of Riddick" Another kick :) Vin Diesel movie

"Bad Boys 2" Heavily panned by critics for having too much violence. Awesome movie IMO.
