Also it is very strange that goran hurried back to the states in order to shoot some scenes for ER. Why? Because he probably had planned his holiday throughout the hole september. After that it was planned to return to the states. But two weeks ago he has already been seen at the set of ER
ER always starts shooting in the late summer; Visnjic being back when he was is no different from the past couple of years, so I don't think that means anything.
I've given up even wondering any more who will get the part and will just wait for an announcement.

Details details. But seriously that's a detail that's unfairly unappreciated by most fans. I'm glad there are fans who think the way I do on the subject. Yes, an effective Bond should have a very effective set of eyes. They should not only be capable of staring a powerful nemesis down, but also be capable of exuding a range of emotions from cold ruthlessness to boyish rambunctiousness. Connery was the best in that regard, followed by Dalton and then Brosnan.Saturday I went to a Restaurant, and I saw Gabriel Garko, the italian model-actor that someone a few days ago tipped to be a good Bond.
He's fine, but something that impressed me so much is His magnetic glance, something that I expect from Bond. I don't know if he's the right man for the part, but I hope, that, whoever will be the next, he will have this kind of glance.

I say let him grow some chest hair and sign him up. Or check out my thread on Mark Dymond called "HOLD EVERYTHING, I FOUND THE NEW 007!" Between JE and MD EON should be able to come up with the right, as yet unknown, Bond for the next decade (and a half). Either one should be better than the losers EON has been trumpetting up.Here's my choice on who should be screen tested for James Bond number 6.
The actor is called Jeremy Edwards. He looks like young Bond, is the right height, the right age (34) - with a little voice coaching he could be the man Eon are looking for (if they are still going with the younger Bond storyline).

And then there is an American. OH, NO! Everyone screams. Cole Hauser who played the leading role in Paparazzi. One thing....he sure has the looks.

Perhaps it's time this thread is moved to B22+ though, we have our Bond for CR

I think the next Bond girl should be played by Eva Green.
Do you folks think EON would go for such a bold move?

Yes, welcome

I say this thread should be retired for now. Hopefully not to be resurrected for a good 15 years (crossing fingers).

Call me crazy, he's not on the list, but I think a little known actor named Daniel Craig would be great as the next Bond - probably for the film: Casino Royale. Okay, maybe he doesn't have the standard good looks we all expect and maybe his hair is the wrong color - but I think he'd suprise everyone.

I think that would be a great move to make. Daniel Craig would be a great Bond, and Eva Green would make a great Bond girl.
