Far more action there than I was expecting, and great to see such a variety of scenes. More coherent thoughts to follow, but boy, I'm excited!

Madeline Swann: "Is this really what you want? Living in the shadows? Hunting? Being hunted? Always alone?"
A little TOO reminiscent of Vesper questioning why Bond does what he does, no? I don't want this to feel like a rehash of the Bond-Vesper relationship.
Oberhauser: "You came across me so many times, yet you never saw me... It was me, James. The author of all your pain."
And it seems like my biggest fear about SP has been realized-- emboldened by Skyfall, EON has decided to make SP even MORE personal. Sounds way too convoluted to me. I really wish Bond was on a normal mission this time.

Just noticed Christoph Waltz's style of jacket. Big clue. Maybe.
Also, great to see Bond's white dinner jacket in action.
Using the OHMSS theme is bound to get a lot of people excited too! Hope it makes it into the film too.

The music, damn it, it was awesome! OHMSS theme all over. Fantastic. I hope it´s a sign of what´s in the film itself. About the film. Epic, it seems. Daniel seems very much at ease playing Bond. Cinematography looks excellent. White dinner jacket! And there were a couple of SPECTRE scenes which looked like they were taken from a 60s film. Love everything I´m seeing so far.
Using the 007 theme is bound to get a lot of people excited too! Hope it makes it into the film too.
Is it? I thought it was at first. But then I´ve had another listen, and I think it´s the OHMSS theme.

Missed this first time around... Fiennes and Scott are grappling over a gun around 2:15 into it. Possibly in the London City Hall location.

It seem like Bond is going rogue but I do hope M is backing Bond on this one or it a unauthorized mission.

Looked great!
Notice there is seemingly a range of various Aston Martin models behind Bond and Q as he asks to "disappear" - and the DB5 poking out too? MI6 must had a good deal with them!
Craig looks on form, and great to see Waltz and his deliciously sly ways.
I admit the "personal" aspect of this isn't something I am dying to see, but the espionage looks really cranked up; very 'From Russia With Love'-esque for some reason; beautiful locations and lots of shadows and secrets.

Scratch that, you´re right. 007 theme and OHMSS theme. How cool is that?
Mistake on my part, I think - unless you can actually hear it somewhere!
Indeed, this is the OHMSS theme. FYI from what I heard a few weeks back Newman himself recorded this just for the trailer - they threw a scoring session specifically for it.
Very exciting. That's buoyed me that it will indeed make it into the film in some form.

Did you see the name "Emma Pill" on the wall? More than a simple hommage to Diana Rigg.

there must a reason for the OHMSS theme? I guess it a homage that SP is similar to OHMSS?

Definite nods and winks towards towards the first Bond movie I ever saw.
I know there are worries about a possible link between Bond and Oberhauser, but my impression on this viewing is they might just carry it off.

Oh yes, let´s hope it makes it into the film. It´s great!

The names on the wall are various members of the SPECTRE crew.

First impression: fantastic! Despite the "rogue again"-angle this trailer indicates lots of fun, Craig´s delivery is much more relaxed than ever. The mexico scenes look astonishingly washed out - but still impressive. The use of OHMSS music is brilliant.

In what way? Don't get that.

I feel like that rouge angle is part of some operation set up to make other think he gone bad....could be use to flush out SPECTRE members

I see so much of 'From Russia With Love', 'Goldfinger' and 'OHMSS' already in this trailer. And these are the films that have a real sense of espionage - of great danger, of fear and threat, and I can't WAIT to see how it's handled with Craig going up against, I feel, his first MAJOR villain in Waltz who isn't just a rogue, or a freelancer or lacky..

Anyone noticed the expression on Bond´s face when Hinx used the double barrel gun on his plane? Priceless. Humor abound. And was that M fighting at some point? Would explain the head wound we saw during production. I also found the Mexico scenes a bit washed out. Wasn´t it supposed to be colorful? Still, very impressive, like SAF said.

The trailer is spectacular.
Some of the action scenes look fantastic (can t wait for the aston martin chase)
BUT I still have my doubt on the story.
An international organisation just to spoil Bond's life ? Come on...

Yes, looks like he is trying to grab a gun off Andrew Scott's character. Very little of him in the trailer, but they're presenting him as a bad guy.

Interestingly, the trailer isn´t very revealing of the plot itself. Although it reveals almost immediately Scott´s character to be rotten.

Maybe
Spoiler
Yes, probably. I´m fine with that. Wasn´t he a former something in the army, as said in SF? And M was probably gagging for it. Scott´s character is a bit annoying
