Any idea of channels or programmes?A little tip-off... Some UK broadcasters may well have special behind the scenes reports from Mexico tomorrow, to tie in with the teaser release

they are saying the press conference is tomorrow 12:45 (I am assuming Argentina time which is -3 GMT so 15:45 UK time?)

So Seydoux is in Mexico too? Will she be part of the Palenque shoot? From a member of the MI6 forum:

Nothing I can say yet, but I'd keep an eye on the usual suspects (BBC, ITV, Sky, etc).

Apparently Dave Bautista and Cristoph Waltz will be there too. Whether for filming, or purely for the press conference is unclear.

If I correctly understand what this article says,Eduardo Ymay, general director of Grupo Real Turismo, has recently revealed that the film crew be staying in Villahermosa for the next 90 days.

If so, then I wonder if they decided to ditch Morocco altogether for Mexico. If I correctly understand what this article says,Eduardo Ymay, general director of Grupo Real Turismo, has recently revealed that the film crew be staying in Villahermosa for the next 90 days.

I can see Villahermosa doubling for Tangier.

If true, I suppose that tax breaks offered by Mexico to foreign film productions could have played a decisive role in the choice ( see the article from the Taxanalists' site)

Better wait for confirmation though.

If they traded Morocco for Mexico, then I have an idea what Palenque could be, and I think the trade was worth it.
Agreed

More than likely. The studios were trying to get the budget down, weren't they.

Certainly a plausible explanation if the $300 million budget turned out to be true.

Was very fond of Morocco. Considered going there (depending on how much we get to know early enough).

Didn't they try to get Macchu Picchu in Quantum of Solace?

This may be as much a security issue as much as a budgetary one, but they need to have a train through the desert. Does Mexico offer a luxury train comparable to the Oriental Desert Express?

That was my understanding, but maybe they'll reshoot them. They certainly didn't film *all* of the train stuff yet.Haven't they already filmed train scenes in Morocco?

Thought that was just Craig and Mark Strong doing some location scouting.
