Ah, so there's someone else in here not in love with Goldeneye! I'm sure there must be more closeted Goldeneye dislikers hidden around here somewhere.
As for FRWL, I don't find anything wrong with it exactly, its just not a film that has a lot of enjoyment factor for me. Its certainly got more going on than, say TB or GE, but its more like the kind of film I can admire, and not one that I'm going to put on and watch. Its a Bond film that's good for you without being much fun.
DAD on the other hand, its just fun. Yes, parts of it are crap, but at the same time there's never a dull moment. If they were foodstuffs, FRWL would be a vegetable (Brocolli perhaps?) - good for you, experts recommend it, and you feel guilty if you don't partake of it. DAD is like Red Bull - gives you a quick buzz, but you shouldn't have too much of it, and most nutritionists will not recommend it. But its tastier than brocolli

On Her Majesty's Secret Service(perfection, imho- has never been topped for me and gets better every time I see it)
From Russia With Love (again, pretty perfect film)
The Spy Who Loved Me (my fave of this sort of big-budget action spectacular style Bond film by miles)
Casino Royale (superb reboot)
Goldfinger (remains hugely entertaining and great fun)
Dr. No (I still think this packs a punch, Connery is pure class)
Octopussy (LOVE this film)
For Your Eyes Only (patchy in parts, but some of the best scenes of the entire series, imho)
Goldeneye (superb debut for Brosnan)
Licence To Kill (brave attempt at updating the series that almost completely works)
The Living Daylights (solid film, gets the series back to basics)
Live And Let Die (undoubtedly daft, but this film has more lines of dialogue I find genuinely funny than any other)
You Only Live Twice (Connery goes through the motions, but the spectacle and visual splendour is hard to ignore)
Diamonds Are Forever (truly daft, but this is my ultimate 'guilty pleasure' Bond film- I find it a hoot)
Thunderball (never found this to be the classic it is often said to be- I find it too long and dull in parts, but has some fine moments)
The World Is Not Enough (again, some good ideas and fine performances but a lot of flaws)
A View To A Kill (a bit lethargic, but I find it watchable)
Moonraker (shame about the amount of dreadful 'comedy', there's some good things here otherwise)
Tomorrow Never Dies (like the first half, hate the second)
Die Another Day (where does one start?)
The Man With The Golden Gun (in terms of potential and the final outcome, this has to be the biggest waste in the whole series, imho)

Of the 'unofficial Bonds';

Never Say Never Again (I find it less plodding than Thunderball but that's the only thing I do like about it all that much)
Casino Royale (1954- very creaky, but at least it's better than that '67 abomination, imho)
Casino Royale (1967- haven't seen it for a few years but I felt then that this was the worst film ever to be connected to the Bond franchise and I've no desire to repeat the experience)

For me 1-6 are the classics, 7-12 range from very good to just fine, 13-15 have great premises but suffer from too many flaws, and 16-21 are bottom of the barrel.
