I'm quite certain he does say "...lost a stone" - stone, of course, being slang for testicle
Or stone, the British unit of weight.

True.I think that 'officially' to all those talking or referencing it as a legal, official document, it is known as the S.I.S (Secret Intelligence Service) and the MI6 name comes in as the nickname for the sixth Military Intelligence division formed and has stuck to be far catchier and easy to identify.

Why, Die Another Day of course! And secondly - Bond's reply to the new Q - "You must be joking!" Now where have we heard that one before? ;-)

I went to see The Dark Knight Rises yesterday, and there was no Skyfall trailer nor teaser...

This trailer looks phenomenal. The overall look of the film is brilliant. I love the cinematography. I could talk about all the things I liked about it but we'd be here all day. In any event, I think we have a winner on our hands.

The question is, is this score Newman's, and actually part of the films score, or was it written especially for the trailers, as is often the case these days? Also really loving the score. Glad they went with someone new.

I was just kidding. I figured the obvious answer was Goldfinger so I went with the more unpopular one.

Actually I was thinking "Goldfinger" and DAD, but never mind.

I definitely like the International trailer over the one designated for my country. No "Bond, James Bond" in the U.S version. But, ultimately they're pretty much the same.

I prefer the editing in the Domestic trailer, seems to flow better, better music too. I'll take that over the line any day.

I vastly prefer the Domestic trailer as well. I didn't know that there were two trailers when I first went online yesterday and, on my second viewing of what I thought was the Domestic trailer, I happened to click on the International one and at first thought it was a fan edit of the various trailers we've seen thus far.

Someone should make a composit of the two. With the best of both, such as the line and the end music. Where´s Thomas Waldek when one needs him?

Agreed.
I was glad to have stumbled across the international trailer. That ridiculously creepy grin that Bardem gives Craig around the middle of the trailer is curiously absent from the domestic version.

No mention of 'The Empire' either. Do they feel that some Americans would be turned off by this?

The spoilers which came out after the first one are very exciting -- compelling. However, I am shocked --no kidding or anything here, I do mean SHOCKED -- by the losing-the-list-of-agents bit. Hello ? Mission Impossible (first film), anyone ? I gather that it's just a MacGuffin, something to move the story along, but still -- come on, not just a borrow, but a borrow from another spy film, and a rather recent one ? what the hey ???
