I'm going to have a few more goes of multiplayer and then re-visit 'Blood Stone' to see what a decent Bond game plays like.

No don't give the game up! You should play the multiplayer with me when I get it for christmas!

Either way, I'll be around to play it with you! My Xbox Gamertag can be found in my signature. :)

Okay sweet, but still the more the merrier. I have heard that the multiplayer in this game is kind of dead.

Online Multiplayer's been dead for a while with the game. I'm done with this game, at least after the Skyfall mission is completed for me. Afterwords, back to Blood Stone. I'll Buy 007 Legends when it's lower than $30, probably at $15.

I'd agree that Bloodstone is the best Bond game to come out in a while. Gameplay wise, even GoldenEye: Reloaded feels a bit more polished and sharp compared to 007: Legends... They're lucky they included OHMSS as far as I'm concerned, as they may not have gotten my money if they didn't.

Damn their cleverness!

The multiplayer is the only thing in the game that was done properly, but when it's laggy it sucks. It's really pretty good when it's not laggy though.

could someone please tell me how to actually download the Skyfall missions? I used a prom code and unlocked the PPK. but I have no idea how to download the missions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This whole process has been driving me crazy! Why not just put the missions in the game? Please help, I have a PS3.

I believe it's already out in the UK. November 20th for the US. I believe you go to your console's online marketplace and download. Sorry, I have an Xbox 360, not a PS3. Hope this helped though!

I'm so, so, SO glad i did not waste my money on yet another Bond cash-in. I never played Bloodstone though, and i'm surprised to hear people say it really is quite decent. Is it worth me getting?

In the mean time, back to Dishonored and Bioshock. Real quality games :)

I'd get 'Blood Stone', PPK. It actually feels, looks and sounds more like a James Bond game than 'Legends'!

And Iceskater, I'll be there when you get the game for Christmas - we'll arrange a death match! :)

I'll add gamertags to my Xbox tonight - mine is Chris GelNerd.

I only got it recently because it was so cheap. I'm a quarter of the way through the first one, i'm loving it so far. Can't wait to complete it and move on to Bioshock 2!

I'll be able to pick up Bloodstone for a couple of quid, it's been out years now hasn't it?

Yeah Bioshock is awesome! Bioshock 2 isn't as good as the first one, but it still is worth a couple of playthroughs and is Bloodstone a good game? if it is, and it is better than 007 Legends I might consider getting it.

Ha, I just picked up Bioshock 1 and 2 off Steam for $9.99 during one of their recent sales. Also, Bloodstone didn't do all that well commercially and is a few years old so it can be found fairly cheap.

Bioshock 1 & 2 are good games as far as design goes, great design, artwork, graphics. The story for the second game could have been so much better though! The first game was good, I just lost interest after the second game.

Assassin's Creed has always been overrated IMO. I stopped caring after the second game and the fact they release a new game every year doesn't make me want to play it more.

Yeah, I agree the 2 games between II and III have been strange fillers, for die-hard fans only, but I feel ACIII will be true canon, and with a new setting and character will breate new life into an already exciting series, especilally with what players can do.

Go on... give it another try...!

Let's hope our next James Bond game is something like the 2006 'Casino Royale' shake-up and it defies all expectations. Am I counting too much on this again?

If I could just quickly chime in here and suggest that as a way of cheering yourself up after the debacle of '007 Legends', you go and play 'Quantum of Solace'?

'Quantum of Solace' is a really enjoyable Bond game and probably the most fun I've ever had playing a Bond first-person shooter (I typically prefer third-person Bond games like Everything or Nothing and Blood Stone). Its presentation is a complete mess, as most of the game is centred around Casino Royale and not Quantum of Solace, but as the former is the better film, is that such a bad thing?

Everyone's saying things like 'Activision have never made a good Bond game', and while I can't wait for them to be rid of the licence, the fact of the matter is that they have: 'Quantum of Solace' is their best effort and everyone should go and play it.

Activision just needs to stop treating the license like Call of Duty: Bond. Bloodstone is the only decent game they've made in my opinion, but it obviously didn't get the attention from the developers it deserved.

No they are not terrible games. It's okay to admit that they aren't your cup of tea, but Bioshock won numerous awards. It is a terrific game, that's fine if you don't like it, but it isn't terrible at all.

Yea, they need to go in a whole new direction. I haven't played legends yet but I just attempted replaying through Goldeneye Reloaded. The first part of the game is fun because it allows you to be more stealthy use more melee attacks but as the massive shoot outs increase the game is really dull If they want to go this route if would really serve playability if they would invest in more set piece moments. But overall, it think third person is definitely the way to go. I really like Bloodstone. While the story is weak, the game play is insane amounts fun and the driving superb. I really feel like Bond games should be more like Uncharted: third person shooting and fighting with lots of epic set pieces and an engaging story with the Bond humor we all know and love. I know its a tall order but I believe its possible. Or... hope the LEGO folks get hold of the license so we can at least get some faithful movie adaptations. They could use voice overs from the films just like they're doing with LEGO Lord of the Rings. There are worse things that could happen. At least then we could play as each actors version of Bond.

I'll back up Iceskater here.

I've been playing Bioshock all day and i have never played a game with such good design, atmosphere and variety of gameplay. It's just superb. And if you do a bit of research on it Ace, you'll see that it's one of the most highly rated games ever made. You might not like it but it's not terrible. And you'd be hard pressed to find anyone who thinks it is.

Sadly, 007 Legends is terrible...

Also Iceskater, why isn't Bioshock 2 as good as the first one? Sequels have to be bigger and better in my opinion.
