Anyway; here's a house I found:
Isn't it nice? Looks like the family Bond (if it does belong to them!) haven't visited recently: the outbuilding is surrounded by loads of old rusty farm stuff and has seen better days!
But there is a secret door; handy for spies...

Must admit I had a wander there today: what a beautiful place. I'll be visiting again; it's lovely.

Yes, it belonged to them. According to theforagingphotographer we´ll see (and read) some gravestones there!!!

I'm surprised they didn't chuck us out of there but everyone seemed quite happy to let people look. I wouldn't have gone up that close if we weren't welcome.

Suppose he has M. Give her a piece, she´ll handle it. Oh wait, that came up wrong. Oh wait, so did that...interesting stuff.....it seems Bond is alone against a team of bad guys! No support or anything

Also, I'm so sorry, but I've just got an image of M appearing from the back of a jeep with a massive rocket launcher going "Better cover my ears, if I were you."

Here is the answer:
This is just half the mystery though, as it gives an answer only to the geographical meaning of Skyfall.
We have yet to discover its emotional content.

I see......I am thinking the emotional context is something to do with Bond past or something significantly about it that is very emotional

Explains this:
Didn't want one of local residents at Glencoe let slip that it was Andrew Bond's house?

Given the confirmed Brazilian title of 'Operation Skyfall", and knowing what we know about that terminology on past Bond films, Skyfall most likely represents some sort of official operational codename in the film, either for a military or intelligence operation (or, a coded alert: IE, MI6 under attack, the sky is falling, etc).
But, now that we've seen some proof of the geographical significance...
..wouldn't it be a wonderfully meta-twist on Fleming's "GoldenEye in Jamaica" if Skyfall was in fact both? The name of an operation in the film, perhaps derived from the creator's residence in Scotland? Sort of an inverse of Fleming, how he named his house after the GoldenEye operation during the war.
I'd put money on that.

I think Skyfall was Bond's ancestral home, and Finney's character (possibly called Kincade) was a friend of Bond's father, and became something of a surrogate father figure to Bond after Andrew Bond's death (remember the story blurb: "007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter how personal the cost."), and he bought the house after Bond's parents died.

"which means you were at that school by the grace of someone else’s charity"
And would explain the slack M gives him all the time. Time to pay back I guess.
