Jeffrey Wright, keep the continuity with the current cast.

Will Vesper get a mention in Bond 24:

Yes, someone will mention Vesper to gauge Bond's mindset to the mission vs. revenge

OR

No, that storyline is over

No I think that story line is over but perhaps Bond will order a Vesper.

Which 4th Bond actor film do you think Bond 24 will be like; MR or DAD?

Neither I hope.. Personally, I think it'll be closer to Thunderball.

What kind of fights would you like to see in Bond 24...more high-rise, but stationary type of fights  like the crane fight in Casino Royale, or more of the fast-moving type of fight like the train roof struggle in Skyfall?

Ian Fleming writing a Big Herbie Krueger book

Ian Fleming writing a Herbie Hancock book.

Count on SKYFALL to muck up the game.

Tough one I'd like to see both but since I have to choose I would pick; 'more of the fast-moving type of fight like the train roof struggle in Skyfall'.

Do you think Felix will return for Bond 24 or no but maybe Bond 25?

I think he'll return in Bond 24.

Will Bond return to Russia in Bond 24:

Yes

OR

No

No, only because I've seen it recently in Ghost Protocol and A Good Day To Die Hard.

Do you think there is a chance Bond 24 could be filmed in Canada or No it is to small a population?

Yes, I think Vancouver would be an attractive locale for Bond 24.

How should we handle Dove's horrific betrayal:

Not allow him to watch anymore Broncos games until Peyton Manning retires

OR

Force him to watch the Twilight films non-stop for a year

?

The Dove Betrayal...starring The Dove as Jason Bourne.. :P

Given the choice, I would rather take not watching anymore Broncos games til #18 hangs it up..just PLEEAASE don't make me sit through even one minute of Twilight..Hah..

Bond villains who you would like to dress up as for Halloween... Odd Job (all you'd need is a butler suit with bowler hat) OR Zao (shave your head, and have someone apply diamond-like make up dots on your face) ??

Bond villian Halloween costumes 2:

Jaws with metal teeth and his Gangnam Style suit

OR

Sanchez with his Scarface suit and alligator whip

Jaws with metal teeth and his Gangnam Style suit, lol.

More Halloween costumes;

A suit and top hat as Oddjob

OR

An eye patch and Specter ring as Largo

Have to be the classic eyepatch and ring!

Best system of deception used by a Bond villain:

Maz Zorin using the stair-slide on the airship to "drop out" unwanted guests

OR

Karl Stromberg using the elevator sliding floor to send people to a watery grave

??

Have to go with Max Zorin's slide-of-fun aboard his blimp in A View To A Kill.

Best Bond villain hide-out / headquarters... Blofeld's volcano lair in Japan in YOLT OR Karl Stromberg's underwater city, Atlantis, in Sardinia in TSWLM?

Gotta go with the volcano lair. I think it's more well known than Atlantis.

Better choice for a European locale in Bond 24:

San Sebastian

OR

Bavaria

?

Oooh...San Sebastian definitely!

Better choice of a Bond film to introduce someone to the series if they had never seen a 007 film ever...  Goldfinger  OR  The Spy Who Loved Me ?

My first instinct is to say 'Spy!' but that might leave the newbie underwhelmed by GF. On the other hand, if they're not impressed by GF initially, they're less likely to be interested in Spy.

So given current tastes in cinema action I'd say TSWLM first, then GF later on when the newbie develops an understanding of the evolution of the series and an interest in its shoestring-budget roots.

Better cold day indoors fluffy entertainment:

Diamonds Are Forever

or

The Man With the Golden Gun

?

DAF, TMWTGG is underwhelming regardless of the circumstance.

Oooh...San Sebastian definitely!

I agree, hence why I made the question. I was in San Sebastian last weekend and I must say that it was *bleeping* incredible! Easily one of the best cities I've ever been to! That being said, I really, really want to visit Bavaria.

In Bond 24, would rather see Bond:

skiing/snowboarding

OR

scuba diving

OR

Both

?

Hmm..why not both??

What would be a cooler homage to a past Bond film that you'd like to see in Bond 24...

Bond in an Egyptian desert, coming upon a rusted out shell of an old broken down Leyland Sherpa van, which has significant portions of its body ripped open and dented OR Bond shopping in the Floating Marketplace in Bangkok and encounters a 50 plus year old fellow (the same boy from TMWTGG) trying to pedal off wooden elephant statues ??

I actually prefer Judi Dench's M slightly over Bernard Lee's M.

Better "escaping from-a dangerous - creature" scenario for 007...Bond escaping from the tarantula that Prof. Dent put in his bed in Dr. No OR Bond running across the backs of the crocodiles in Live And Let Die?

Crocs, if only for the fact that they are the only 'dangerous creature' among the choices.  Tarantulas just look scary. :)

Best use of actor Walter Gotell?

Morzeny or Gen. Gogol?

Both, but if pressed for one or the other I'll go with Gogol.

Who did the dumb & tired ally-becomes-enemy-becomes-ally while alive-then thought dead-then alive again-then dead again schtick better? Gardner or Boyd?

Best skiing sequence / sequences to feature in a Bond... OHMSS, TSWLM, FYEO, AVTAK or TWINE ??

OHMSS first for originality, followed by

TSWLM for slickness & audacity;

AVTAK for the snowboarding ('California Girls' didn't bother me as much as the rest of the film did);

FYEO, hampered by prioritizing spectacular stunts over logic (& editing - especially in the bobsled sequence);

TWINE last for sheer pointlessness (you'd never get me into a Parahawk if they're prone to exploding at the slightest bump - were they built on Ford Pinto chassis?)

Best equestrian scene(s):

OHMSS

Octopussy

NSNA

AVTAK

TLD

?

Best equestrian scene(s):

TLD first. Fantastic action
OCT a close second. Good horseback action.
MR. "Magnificent Seven" ring any bells? You forgot this one.
AVTAK. Jarring rear-projection.
NSNA. Okay. My dislike for the film probably unfairly colors the scene.
You also forgot Goldfinger, though there's no real horse action per se.
QOS. Another one you forgot. Palio di Siena horse race ring any bells? Tho' it's blink and you miss it.
OHMSS. What horse action? Bond and Tracy? Snooze!

Speaking of which I seem to recall Bond stuntman Bob Simmons claiming in his autobiography that he regrets never being given the opportunity to do more horseback stunts for the series.

Most flagrant racial putdown:

Fleming on Negroes in LALD

vs.

Fleming on Koreans in GF.

I have no idea how to answer the last question, so I'm just gonna pick randomly and say Fleming on Negroes in LALD?  :S

The next Bond will be?

Aaron Johnson (Savages, Kick Ass)

or

Jack O' Connell (Skins, 300: Rise of an Empire)

To add: these are not serious suggestions although I do think Aaron may make a good Bond in the future.
