Hmm... as much as I love the cheesy 'AVTAK' sequence, and the hectic action from 'TWINE', I actually think it's 'For Your Eyes Only' and the brilliant sequences there on the jump, the forest and the luge...brilliant camera work and stunt performing!

Which driving sequence is most impressive to you from a Bond film...

The Lotus Esprit vs Jaws's car and Naomi#s helecopter in 'The Spy Who Loved Me'

OR

The BMW 705il vs Stamper's goons and the Mercedes Benz in 'Tomorrow Never Dies'

??

My bad Dove and good one. I'd have to go with FYEO just always loved that chase. AVTAK and TLD are really fun too.

Which boat chase do you enjoy most in the films; LALD or MR?

Oops..looks like you skipped thecasinoroyale's question, S K Y F A L L... I'll answer both then..

Re..the best driving sequence...have to say the BMW motorcycle and car chases in TND....Re. the boat chases, have to say the Moonraker one is my favorite.

Which pun line was most fun: Bond in TND "I've always been a fan of Chinese technology" OR Bond in TWINE "I thought Christmas only comes once a year.."?

TND because I just always loved that scene and all the Chinese gadgets. The Christmas jokes you could see coming.

Which DC film had the better gun barrel sequence regardless of when it was soon in the film; CR or QOS ?

'Casino Royale' - it was totally different and worked really well for the re-booted image of Bond. 'QOS' seemed rushed and didn't fit in with the flow of the film.

Which characterisation of Bond do you :

Tough, gritty and serious a'la Connery, Dalton or Craig

OR

Witty, tongue-in-cheek and fun a'la Lazenby, Moore or Brosnan

??

Even though I'm a Brosnan fan I normally prefer the Tougher first ones that are more serious.

Which Skyfall vehicle and scenes do you look forward to seeing most; THE JAG OR THE LAND ROVER?

Have to give a slight edge to the Jag scenes speeding away from Whitehall in the streets of London..

What do you hope for the most, no matter who is singing the title song to Skyfall..that it continue the rock-style trend of CR, QoS, AVTAK, TLD etc OR should it be more of the classic, Shirley Bassey type-ballad such as GF, DAF,MR,TSWLM etc?

I'm hoping for a Shirley Bassey type song, DC mentioned that he hopes people will be moved by this film and that is why I'm expecting a classic type theme song.

Which performer would you rather return to do another Bond theme; Tina Tuner OR Chris Cornell ?

Hmm... Tina Turner...Chris Cornell has done the more recent Bond theme whereas it's been 17 years since Goldeneye so it would be nice to Tina back after such a long gap.

When Skyfall is finally released will you: Line up and go and catch the midnight showing on the first day of release OR wait a couple of days and go when it will not be so crowded? (Think I might take a day off from work and go during the day when all the kids are still in school!! )

I'll probably go see it during the day and if not, then I'll wait a day or two.

Which Bond character would you rather see return in Bond24; Jack Wade CIA or Charles Robinson?

Charles Robinson, who still has dignity and poise left in the Bond films, unlike Wade who lost it all in 'TND'

If a former Bond girl character was brought back in 'Skyfall' during a casino scene, introduced by name to Bond and having no more than a couple of minutes screentime, would you like to see and hear...

"Good Evening Mister Bond, my name is Masterson. Jill Masterson."

OR

"My name is simply Solitare. I welcome you to our casino Mister Bond."

Solitare sounds like it would work better IMO.

Who do you think we'll see first in Skyfall: EVE or BOND?

I reckon our man Bond, stalking in the shadows!

What moment in a Bond film took you by surprise the most...

The UK Liverpudlian waiter in Thailand, serving Bond Phu Yuck in 'The Man With The Golden Gun' with the accented "'74 Sir!"

OR

Jill Masterson being painted head to toe in gold paint in 'Goldfinger'

Since the golden girl was used prominently in GF's advertising and in the title sequence, I think I'll have to say the UK Liverpudlian waiter in Thailand, serving Bond Phu Yuck in 'The Man With The Golden Gun' with the accented "'74 Sir!"

Jack Lord's Felix Leiter battles Telly Savalas' Ernst Blofeld

or

Rik van Nutter's Felix Leiter battling Sean Bean's 006?

Bond soundtrack cues...Which was more dramatic sounding? "Airship to Silicon Valley" from A View To A Kill OR "Runaway" from For Your Eyes Only ?

"Airship to Silicon Valley" from 'A View To A Kill' - love that score, and there's some really haunting and exciting tracks on there.

James Bond has to go undercover in a future film for a good third of the movie...does he pose as...

A childrens entertainer, including puppet handling, balloon animal making and prat-falls

OR

An early morning milkman doing the rounds, and using his small van

Roger Moore could pull of the "Children's Entertainer", but Daniel Craig would be more suited to the "Early Morning Milkman" disguise...hmm I could see shades of Necros' disguise from The Living Daylights..

What is more frustrating at the moment...The lack of news about who the chosen title song artist is for Skyfall OR the still-very-sketchy-plot details about Skyfall?

Has to be details about the singer/group for the main titles...not even a snippet and it's ticking closer and closer!

Do you think, for the 'Skyfall' main titles, we will have..

A solo singer

OR

A group

What's the best part of being a Bond fan and belonging to Commanderbond.net? The mutual interest and comradery that exsists between members OR discussing, debating (as long as things don't turn nasty) various viewpoints with others whose favorite Bond films differ from your choices?

Tough one! Well, I love both but if I had to pick, it's the discussing and debating that could last for hours and no-one ever gets tired of sharing your passion for James Bond.

Which moment is more iconic for the Bond films...

'Goldfinger - The golden girl shot

'The Spy Who Loved Me' - Union jack parachute stunt

Ooh...gotta be Goldfinger and the golden girl shot..

Which was the sillier Bond vehicle...Jack Wade's little blue car that breaks down in Goldeneye or Jaws' old banger of a van that breaks down in The Spy Who Loved Me?

Both harmless, but Jaw's van provided more action and entertainment regarding it, so I'll go for Jack Wade's little blue car that breaks down.

What old Bond film plot would you like to see re-used for a Daniel Craig Bond?

'Thunderball' - Quantum, or another criminal factor, steal 2 warheads and hold the world to ransom

OR

'The Man With The Golden Gun' - An assassin becomes the cause of investiation for Bond and his little golden gun.

I'd like to see the "GoldenGun" plot redone as "Thunderball" plot has been done so often, by other movies and not just Bond.

If James Bond was NOT given the number "007", which of the following would suit him best: 001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 008, OR 009 ?

Hmm...I suppose the monocle and fake mustache..though it would have to be done very, very carefully to avoid it becoming TOO Austin Powers-ish type of silly.

Suppose that Ian McDiarmid (Emp. Palpatine from Star Wars) was cast as a Bond villian...Which 007 would be best matched up with him? Timothy Dalton OR Pierce Brosnan?

I think Timothy Dalton would go great up against someone who could bring so much menace and evil to a role and really work with Dalton's character of Bond, if Brosnan were against him I think he would be a very 2D villain, like Carver or Renard.

Which villain was the better henchman from the Pierce Brosnan era?

Stamper from 'Tomorrow Never Dies'

OR

Zao from 'Die Another Day'

Stamper had a edge Zao couldn't match. Stamper was stronger and deadlier because of his torture teachings. IMO

Which Bond car chase do you prefer; driving on the ice with Zao in DAD OR Mr. White's henchman chasing Bond in QOS.

Have to go with the ice chase sequence in DAD...the car chase in QoS would have been a lot better had the editing NOT been so choppy and uneven...they had a good idea for it though..just poorly executed.

The day the title artist is announced for Skyfall, will you...jump for joy and like a ravid dog stay up day and night scouring the net and all the Bond fan sites looking for even the smallest snippet of an audio leak of the tune OR maintain composure and stay patient until the song is released properly?
