PING PING TABLE all the way. How many Bond films have these secret maps and what not? I just ove those scenes. GF, OHMSS, DAF, AVTAK.

Should Bond 24 attempt to have the Queen in the film as even just a cameo OR not force it?

Not force it now...having her with Bond during the Olympic opening was special and even though seeing her with Bond again would be amazing in a film, it'd probably be a little too much!

On a summers day, a long green field and James Bond is about to have a little lunch in his picnic bag....does he pull out...

A chilled bottle of beer, some cheese and pickle sandwhiches, a small chocolate roll and some spicy chiken bites

OR

A small bottle of chilled champagne, a couple of sausage rolls, a small apple pie and some cheese bites

Mmm..you're making me hungry, thecasinoroyale! LOL... I'll say Bond's lunch has to include the champagne, sausage rolls, apple pie and the cheese bites..

Which MI6 Staff member should return in Bond 24? Tobias Menzies' Villiers OR Charles Robinson, re-cast to fit the Craig timeline ??

I always liked Charles Robinson, he had a good character and fitted in well with the other bods at MI6, so I'd welcome him back.

Do you prefer Bond's women...

YOUNGER - Vesper Lynd / Bibi Dahl / Solitare / Christmas Jones etc

OR

OLDER - Paris Carver / Sylvia Trench / Octopussy / Elektra King etc

??

I guess I find it more believable if Bond is with someone more his age.

What would you rather see in Bond 24 : The return of Quantum OR a stand alone villain ?

A stand alone villain - Quantum had potential but never proved themselves with any decent members or exceptional evil schemes, so bring back a stand alone as it worked no-end for the other Bonds.

Which converstation scene by 007 was the most Bond-like in your opinion...

Roger Moore's 007 and General Orlov, abord the train carriage in 'Octopussy;

OR

Timothy Dalton's 007 and Franz Sanchez, above his casino in 'Licence To Kill'

Roger Moore's 007 and General Orlov...

Bond and The Queen Olympics film: Did you like Bond arriving at the Palace in a London Taxi OR should he have driven the Aston Martin DB5?

If Bond took the DB5 he would have had to take a taxi back to the palace anyway to get his car back, so I guess I liked what they did just fine.

What would you rather see in Bond 24 : Bond walking by a table in a restaurant full of actors who have played Bond girls OR Barbara Broccli making a cameo like M.G.Wilson has done?

Would love to see Barbara Broccoli make a cameo..after all Cubby appeared as a background extra in a couple of scenes in Moonraker..

Has all the recent excitement with the new Skyfall trailer, coming tomorrow, and Olympics TV spot and Bond with Her Majesty made you: totally forget that we still have yet to find out who will be singing the Skyfall title song OR No, I'm still waiting with baited breath for the announcement?

I was just thinking about the theme song today and how long ago I started posting in the 'Who will perform the Skyfall theme song' thread, I haven't forgotten about it even though we have had a lot of great SKYFALL stuff recently.

Do you feel the cat is out of the bag so to speak that Adele will almost certainly do the SKYFALL theme song OR anything is still possible?

I'm hoping that anything is still possible...fingers crossed, I mean Adele just seems so obvious and has been there right from the start of 'Skyfall' being filmed and it seems to easy people will jump on the Adele bandwagon for so long, so I do hope it could be a big surprise...!

What is the most over-the-top Bond action sequence in one of the following films...

'Moonraker' - Free fall without a parachute pre-title sequence

OR

'A View To A Kill' - Bond following May Day across Paris via Renault Taxi.

AVTAK because I always thought the car being broken in half was a little much.

Which sound effect/music do you think is most cheesy;

The sound played when Bond barrel rolls his car in TMWTGG

OR

The change in tone to the music and the Bond theme when Bond fixes his tie underwater in TWINE

?

The sound played when Bond barrel rolls his car in 'TMWTGG'..brilliant stunt but god knows why they degrade it to a children's comedy film with that bleedin' noise. Bring George Lucas in and have him re-edit it to remove that sound effect for a new Blu-Ray version, please!

Which Bond 'stunt' do you watch and always think that's a little bit over the mark...

'GoldenEye' - Free falling off the cliff on a motor bike, catching up with a falling plane and pulling yourself inside, navigate away from a crash and fly to safety.

OR

'Quantum Of Solace - Free falling out of the plane above a sink hole, falling together as the plane explodes and using the chute to break your fall by a second.

QOS all the way. For whatever reason I never question the GE stunt but everytime I watch QOS I wonder about that scene and if it could have been done better or if it is even possible.

Which character from QOS would you rather have return in Bond 24;

Olga Kurylenko as Camille Montes a Bolivian agent

OR

Stana Katic as Corrine Veneau, a Canadian agent

Olga Kurylenko without a doubt. Her a Berenich Marlohe in a scene together...ohhh my days....!

ANYWAY...

The new 'Skyfall' trailer - If you've not seen it already, please leave the forum! But as I know you have, is your verdict on digestion...

BRILLIANT - Bond with a capital B! This has the action, the humour, the clever dialogue, the girls, the villain, the gadgets...everything looks fantastic!

or

NOT BAD - It looks good and packed with action and lots of flashy moments but I still need a bit more marketing to sell me that this really will be a big Bond film.

BRILLIANT!! BOTH trailers, the International and Domestic, look absolutely FANTASTIC!!

Javier Bardem's Raoul Silva..which past Bond villian do you get more shades of: Max Zorin or Hugo Drax or Francisco Scaramanga or someone else?

Has to be Max Zorin, who was a brilliant Bond villain for that time so if Bardem can channel Walken's performance into Silva's menace, we should be in for a brilliant, brilliant Bond villain.

What has you hooked about 'Skyfall' at the moment....

Raoul Silva, the Bond villain

OR

The mystery about M's past

Right now, have to say the mystery surrounding M's past although I'm also very keen to see Raoul Silva!

Which would be the bigger "cherry on the icing", if it were to happen, in addition to all this Skyfall awesomeness brought to us with the 2 trailers: EON announce that Dame Shirley Bassey will be singing the Skyfall theme tune (appropriate for the 50th anniversary) OR EON have a title for Bond 24 and announce it during the familiar "James Bond Will Return.." part of the end credits to Skyfall?

That is a very tought one indeed. I will go with Shirley Bassey because I can't help but think it would be more iconic, although since the Bond 24 announcement I've been wondering if adding the title to the ending credits is something they will surprise us with.

Do you think that SKYFALL willl hint at a possible plot for Bond 24 or not at all?

I don't feel they will need to, however I think there will be hints to possible plots for Bond 24...

On that note, from 'Skyfall' onwards, would you prefer...

Each film to be stand-alone with singular missions and villains (ie: 'GoldenEye', 'Live And Let Die', 'Licence To Kill' etc), but with familiar characters from each film appearing for support (ie: Q, General Gogol, Freddie Gray, Blofeld etc)

OR

Films that link to each other over 2/3 stories, mxing villains and characters seen in previous films playing a part in a future story, with new and old characters used until a conclusion is met, ready to start another film and new story link.

Time to get the films back to stand-alone missions but with familiar characters from each film appearing..

Given what we've seen from the Skyfall trailers, do you feel that Bond, after being shot off the bridge, sinking into the water is the shot that will segueway into the main titles sequence OR will it be another shot that does?

I feel the shot of him underwater will lead to the titles, as there's nowhere else to go with the pre-titles after that I feel!

Do you think the pre-titles for 'Skyfall' will be, when compared to 'The World Is Not Enough'...

Longer than 15 minutes... explanation of a story, long action and sweeping shots

OR

Shorter than 15 minutes...quick story highlights, short and quick action and fast shots.

Longer than 15 minutes, it just seems like a lot to fit into less and we have know idea what the first shoot of the film will be I don't think.

If the Bond films remained only being released every 4 years would you;

lose hope OR be impressed with their restraint ?

Lose hope...I think the gap between films should be NO larger than 3 years..

From what we've seen in the trailers to Skyfall, Roger Deakins' cinematograpy looks absolutely stunning.. Does it remind you most of : Phil Meheux's work (Goldeneye and Casino Royale) OR one of the other Bond cinematographers?

Phil Meheux's work. The large establishing shots, the sweeping camera angles...very breathtaking and reminds me of shots like Montenegro and Venice in 'Casino Royale'.

In either 'Skyfall' or a future Bond film, if Judi Dench bows out as 'M', would you like...

A new younger, female M to replace her to maintain a level of female authority in Bond's world

OR

Have an older man, aikin to Bernard Lee, step in to take back the male ownership of MI6.

I'd go with Felix but, I'd rather he play a smaller role then he did in Casino Royale and Quantum Of Solace.

What makes for a better Bond plot piece:

Bond facing/threatening resignation (OHMSS, LTK, CR)

OR

Bond being double crossed (CR, GE, TWINE)

Samantha Bond lost my respect during 'The World Is Not Enough' turning into some smutty, depserate housewive rather than a well educated, respectful and witty secretary, so I'll have Q return but is an old man again, but maybe room for his 'assistant', Ben Whisaw as not to let him lose a role.

Which Bond girl was most wasted in your eyes, in respect of either the size of her...role or use of her in the story.

Lupe Lamora in 'Licence To Kill'

OR

Tilly Masterson in 'Goldfinger'

Tilly Masterson, I was always surprised about how short her role is in the film.

Which Bond actor would you have liked to see do another Bond flim:

Dalton

OR

Brosnan

?
