Definitely the inflatable BT phonebooth in Goldeneye...LOL!

Do you think we'll get a "Bond, James Bond" line in Bond 24? (It was SO nice to have it back in Skyfall after Marc Forster decided to cut the scene in QoS) Yes or No?

Yes - classic Bond, and we can't ignore the iconic moments at the expense of a "Gritty reboot"

Will the title of 'Bond 24' be:

One or two words: 'Dr.No', 'Octopussy', 'GoldenEye', 'Skyfall' etc

OR

3 plus: 'You Only Live Twice', 'A View To A Kill', 'The World Is Not Enough', 'Quantum Of Solace' etc

??

3 plus, a chance to be more "Bondian" with word play or mysterious phrases...

Better non-Fleming title:

Tomorrow Never Dies

OR

Die Another Day

(Ignore any hate you may have for either film, just judge the quality of the title)

I'll go 'Die Another Day', that hint of poetic meaning to it could be something Fleming would use.

Would ailment would you like James Bond to suffer with during 'Bond 24'

A sore throat and cough

OR

A horrible, dull headache

??

Hmm..Probably a sore throat and cough from "playing about" too much in the snow!

Bond's new Aston Martin in Bond 24... Will Bond return it to Q branch in relatively good shape OR Nope, It'll meet with some serious damage like the DBS in Quantum of Solace?

It'll have to meet a sticky end - either just abandoned, destroyed, damaged...it'd be horrific for it NOT to. :)

For the 'Bond 24' theme song, will we get something:

Slow, tense and thrilling like Adele's 'Skyfall'

OR

Fast, dangerous and exciting like Chris Cornell's 'You Know My Name'

??

If it is indeed Sam Smith doing the title song, then perhaps something slow, tense and thrilling which I think is more his style..

Do you think we'll get some more lines involving curse words in Bond 24? ( We had M's "I don't give a s**t about the C.I.A." in QoS and "I f**cked this up, didn't I?" in SF) YES or NO?

Yes, trying to avoid bad words just makes the dialogue feel unnatural.

Better chance of becoming Bond 24's title:

Risico

OR

The Property of a Lady

?

Risico - short, memorable, mysterious

Connery's Bond with Judi Dench's M

OR

Craig's Bond with Bernard Lee's M ?

Craig's Bond with Bernard Lee's M - I'd have loved to have seen a Lee's verbal sparing with Craig - blunt and to the point!

Most useless Q-Branch gadget:

Tea tray X-ray document scanner in 'GoldenEye'

OR

Bagpipe flamethrower in 'The World Is Not Enough'

Bagpipe flamethrower. When would you ever use that?

Better secondary Bond girl:

Andrea Anders

OR

Solange

?

Andrea Anders. Maud Adams - yowza!

Would you rather have had:

A third film for J.W. Pepper

OR

a third film for Caroline Bliss as Moneypenny ?

Definitely Solange...

Should Bond 24 include more pop songs in context of the film, i.e. The Clash's "London Calling" in DAD or The Animals' "Boom, Boom" in Skyfall? YES or NO?

Apologies BB.. Looks like you and I cross posted.. To answer yours, I'd prefer a third film with Caroline Bliss as Moneypenny.. Could have helped to firmly establish her in the role..

Right, someone can answer mine from my above post.

YES - I wasn't over done, and actually worked in all context. It just helped bridge Bond with pop-culture and make him more relevant in the real world with real songs. A great touch.

Which 007 actor is most under-rated:

George Lazenby

OR

Timothy Dalton

Dalton. If he played Bond in 2010, he would've been hailed as one of the best. As great as OHMSS is, it still isn't because of Lazenby.

Will we ever be introduced to Bond's offspring:

Yes

OR

No

?

No - I don't think EON will make 007 a family affair like most action/adventure films turn into nowadays.

Do you think 'GoldenEye' signalled the end of the "classic Bond era"?

YES - It was gritty, relevant and very faithful in production value and interpretations of the Bond formula that worked for a modern audience. It soon lost that to popcorn action sequences, over-intelligent plot ideas and abuse of CG technology rather than the practical techniques 'GoldenEye' used.

OR

NO - A very faithful interpretation of the classic Bond cocktail, shaken up for a new generation but carried over with the future films that understood what audiences now wanted and the technology on offer to make classic Bond bigger and better without cutting out the things that make it work.

NO- Goldeneye definitely ensured that the classic Bond style would continue on.

How do you think that Star Wars VII vs Bond 24 will play out, box-office wise? Star Wars will win, Bond will win OR they'll both be about the same in terms of box office takings?

Star Wars wins, no doubt. Long hiatus + bringing back the old gang = box offices riches galore

Which Star Wars actor would have made a better Bond villain:

Ian McDiarmid (The Emperor)

OR

Peter Cushing (Tarkin)

Hm. Both very different styles of acting, but I'd go for Ian McDiarmid - he has a real talent for playing a villain underneath the guise of someone you think is fair and decent.

Christoph Waltz as the villain in 'Bond 24'...

GOOD - Another high calibre actor should bring another memorable performance to the table

OR

BAD - Bond villains are getting a little too big for their boots it seems in the casting call

GOOD choice for the villain!!

Mexico as the surprise filming location for Bond 24.. Do you think it will be Mexico in the film or will it be substituting for another country?

I think it'll be Mexico. Bond is past the time of copping out by creating a fictional country.

Will Christoph Waltz be playing:

The Villain

OR

A Columbo-like ally

?

The Villain - clear as day from the outset I reckon.

Will Bond's car in 'Bond 24' be -

Gadget laden, for the new era, provided by Q

OR

Simply a car to get him to and from, in and out of danger fast

??

Gadget laden, especially with Mendes on board. But I expect the car to be more Goldfinger than Die Another Day.

What American holiday would Bond be more likely to invite himself over to Felix's house for dinner for:

Thanksgiving

OR

The 4th of July

Thanksgiving - better food and drink for a distinguished gentleman

What kind of ally would you prefer to see in Bond 24?

fellow agent

OR

subject expert (scientist, politician, etc.)

I'd like to go with some sort of subject expert...We've had the "fellow agent" in Felix Leiter pretty recently so a change might be good for a film.

The Bond theme in Bond 24..say it is done in a style which is specific to one of the locations, i.e. the Cuban-style in Die Another Day when Bond arrives at his hotel.. Should it be..Italian style to fit with a sequence in Italy OR Mariachi style for the Mexico location?

Mariachi, definitely. Who wouldn't want to hear Mariachi in an exotic locale? Anyone?....Anyone?....Bueller?

Combining 2 Bond plots into 1:

Largo using stolen NATO bombs to destroy Fort Knox and ruin the U.S. Economy

Silva exposing MI6's loss of millions of dollars in a poker game that directly funded terrorism

I'd go for the Silva exploitation of MI6 - Fort Knox would be "grand" slammed for being too close to 'Goldfinger'.

Should old film plots be recycled for a future outing?

YES - If done subtly, it would work for a modern generation and be warming for old fans to see

OR

NO - You don't go near the original films, no matter what, even if you struggle for ideas

No- We just about got away with recycling You Only Live Twice for The Spy Who Loved Me...it's best to come up with fresh ideas if possible.

YES - Not broken? Don't fix.

After the musing of Christoph Waltz as the villain in 'Bond 24', do you think he will be...

Another bog-standard villain with very little imaginative features or plans

OR

Someone bigger, bolder and a little more 'out there' for the Bond universe

??
