Bigger and bolder - this man is a two time Academy Award winner after all!

More disappointing villain plot:

Drax copycatting Stromberg's scheme from the previous film in MR

OR

Moon/Graves taking Blofeld's DAF weapon and giving it steroids in DAD ?

Drax copying Stromberg....who, in turn, copied Blofeld. Talk about rehashing.

Worse Bond girl actress:

Denise Richards

OR

Britt Ekland

?

Both a little drab but Richards compensates visually so I'll go for the annoying squib Britt Ekland.

Will 'Bond 24' follow a little more of a classic sequence of events like:

YES - Pre-titles, villains intro, MI6 debrief and gadget equip, sets out on mission, saves the day

OR

NO - Pre-titles will start but then, as with normal Craig films, the sequences will all be presented in different orders

??

Hmm.. I'll say YES for this film..Perhaps it is best to establish the "normal routine" for Craig's Bond after the events in Skyfall.

Right...what would be a good alias for Craig's Bond to go undercover with in either Bond 24 or 25... Richard Stevenson OR Joseph Bowman ??

Let's have Mr Bowman - could have fun with that.

Is the 'For Your Eyes Only' song  "Make It Last All Night" really about...

http://www.youtube.c...h?v=cqDgxodEQFM

The love story of two lesbians

OR

Something else

Well they certainly don't hide what they're talking about, but I'm not convinced it's 2 lesbians necessarily.

Okay, it's gotta be asked at this point. Is Christoph Waltz playing Blofeld:

Yes

OR

No

?

I'd say YES...

The title sequence to Bond 24..would you prefer..the traditional, live figures interracting with graphics a la Goldeneye or Licence to Kill OR sould we have another retro-60's spy animated type like Casino Royale?

I thought the retro-60's spy animated type was perfect, very slick and good fun so I opt for that again!

Which final note is the most impressive?

Matt Monro with the line 'From Russia with loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove'?

OR

k.d lang in 'Surrender' and the line "Tomorrow never dieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees"?

Matt Munro on From Russia With Love, certainly one of the most underrated, if not THE most underrated theme song in the Bond canon.

More anticipated non-Bond 2015 blockbuster:

Avengers: Age of Ultron
OR

Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens

Best crooner for the Bond theme songs:

Tom Jones

Adele

Favorite Italian location used, so far, in a Bond film.. Venice, in FRWL, MR, and CR OR Lake Como in CR?

Cortina d'Ampezzo.

More outlandish Bond plot:

Bond battling genetically cloned Dinosaurs in the heart of London

OR

Bond trying to survive a zombie apolcalypse

Bond battling genetically cloned Dinosaurs in the heart of London. I'll take that, created by a Stromberg-esque villain intent on wiping out humanity!

Should 'Licence To Kill' have had a more up-beat, theme song:

YES - Like 'A View To A Kill' or 'You Know My Name' etc - fast with a exciting streak of action through it

OR

NO - Slow and dangerous is the way to go for a dark film as this

??

Yes, like AVTAK and YKMN. The film was darker, but also very fast paced, it could've benefited from a better song. As it stands, I much prefer Patti LaBelle's ending track "If You Asked Me To" to Gladys Knight's title track.

Will Christoph Waltz end up being more memorable than Javier Bardem:

Yes, Blofeld (or whoever he's playing) will be cunning and a great adversary for Bond
OR

No, Bardem was the right actor at the right time. Silva was a scary, charismatic enemy that got in Bond's head and Blofeld is yesterday's villain

?

YES - They will work on how dymanic and mysterious Bardem was, and crank it up with even better character twists and developments for a very memorable turn for Waltz.

Would you like to see a Christmas season during a 007 film, as in the time period for most of the film?

YES - Christmas is no better time to add some 007 danger, and would lead to some memorable / eerie / action-packed moments

OR

NO - Seasons shouldn't be used much for Bond; the danger happens generically all times of the year

No, but not for the reason you listed, tcr. Leave the Christmas danger to John McClane. Bond can handle the rest of the year.

How do you feel about the (supposed) villain trio of Waltz, Bautista and Seydoux in Bond 24:

Great, Waltz will be a charismatic and cerebral villain. Bautista is a welcome return to the classic Bond henchmen and Seydoux will be more Xenia than Frost as the femme fatale.

OR

No, it's a random collection that will have trouble gelling and is just an attempt to outdo Skyfall

?

I dare say a classic trio will be handled very well, and hopefully last a long time in the film rather than two being offed in the first 15 minutes or something and under-used just for narrative effect.

Production starts on 'Bond 24' next week. Will we have a title?

YES - It will be the time to reveal all

OR

NO - Filming needs to start, and in 2015 we will find out

Yes, it will be time to reveal all. I think we'll find out both the title, the main Bond girl and just who the hell Waltz is playing (Blofeld). No more of this 'John Harrison', 'Eve is not even remotely office bound' crap.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens teaser:

It lived up to the hype

OR

Didn't show enough

Didn't really show enough, but then I wasn't expecting the first teaser to. Looks awesome though!

Is it worrying that no one has yet stumbled on the title of Bond 24 as a registered website domain? YES or NO?

NO.

Let it be the best kept secret in England this time.

(I can see someone backstage at the Press Conference securing the name one minute before it's announced publicly).

Will the gunbarrel be back at the opening this time, now that the tropes of Q, MP and M's office are back in place as well

or

Will Mendes makes us wait until another director (or actor) takes over

?

It'll be back. He wanted it at the front of Skyfall anyway.

For the next Bond, will we get:

An relative unknown

OR

an established actor who we never thought would ever be cast as 007?

An established actor who we never thought would ever be cast as 007 - all those cast recently have been under our noses but we just never clicked THEY could be crafted into 007s tuxedo.

After Daniel Craig bows out (hate to think that), will 007 be...

Younger, just to knock off a few years and allow the new actor a good run

OR

Still the older, wiser agent in the field

Younger, they always go younger. Well except in the case of Roger Moore....

Will Craig end his run after Bond 25:

Yes, 5 films will be long enough and he'll be too old

OR

No, the story arc that begins in Bond 24 (Blofeld) will need a proper conclusion, meaning Craig will sign on for Bond 26 as well

?

Yes, I think matching Sean's original run would be enough for Dan.

When we inevitably get our younger Bond, will there be any jokes/references to the fact that Bond looks different (nothing as cheesy as "this never happened to the other fellow," but something more in passing)?

Yes or no?

I'd say no.. No need to try and explain a different looking Bond #7 to the audience..just start afresh.

The Bond 24 title reveal on Thursday.. Do you think it'll just be a solid banner, like the Quantum of Solace press conference had OR will it be a PC powerpoint slideshow dissolve like how Skyfall was revealed?

Will the title have a reference or link to Ian Fleming material?

YES - Anything from a short story to a plot device

OR

NO - Another totally original title

NO - I feel certain it's going to be a totally original title..

Should Bond 24 be as successful, if not more than Skyfall, do you think Sam Mendes can be persuaded to return for Bond 25?

YES - He'd probably be game to do one last film, especially if it does turn out to be Daniel Craig's final 007

OR

NO- He'd probably feel like he's given all he has to Bond after 2 films and will step away.

Yes, he'd probably be game to do one last film, especially if it does turn out to be Craig's last. Also, as I'm sure we're all speculating (and probably rightfully assuming) Bond 24 will be the start of a new story arc and Mendes may want to stay to finish it. With that....

Will Mr. White ever return to the Bond franchise:

Yes, the storyline needs a proper end and he will in some way be working with the new villain

OR

No, that plotline died when Bond 23 (Skyfall) was delayed from 2010-2012

?

No - Quantum died in 2008 and 'Skyfall' just put the final nail in that plot coffin.

So in under 3 hours the 'Bond 24' title and cast will be public...are you excited?

YES - TGUHGRGNRONVWOSNVWUG!!!!!

Well, I'm answering this after Bond 24 SPECTRE has been announced, but yea I was excited TGUHGRGNRONVWOSNVWUG!!!!!

SPECTRE, are you:

Pumped, the official synopsis sounds great and is a natural evolution from Skyfall

OR

SPECTRE was the 60s, the film seems like a retread. Enough with the now it's personal crap

?
