Floor to ceiling louver doors are not something that I would normally associated with a Scottish manor house, they say more Mediterranean to me, Turkish in this case.

Yes, I was thinking the same thing. They could be window shutters I suppose, but even that's not terribly manor house-ish.

Exactly - even if they are louvered window shutters, it still makes me think it is Turkey... well, not the manor house anyway.

Looks like M's Office is actually on the "real" MI6 Building, judging by the color of the windows and the architecture.

xxx

Good spot. I did see some crew members standing on the upper balcony of the SIS building; I was surprised they'd been allowed access so presumably it was for this. If they weren't really there on location I suppose the windows would be greenscreens in this shot.

Yes, this is a candid, behind-the-scenes photo; you’d just see the green screen, not the finished composite. To me, this looks very like something that was actually done in the MI6 building – incredible, if that is the case.

Also, the wall with the windows looks to curve behind them, I could be wrong. But judging by the window frame, this could be the office inside the curved section toward the top and centre of the building.

Well, the lady of the house was Swiss, remember.

Are you suggesting that Monique oversaw a terribly insensitive make-over Skyfall Lodge in the 1970s by an interior designer of questionable taste?

Well, women like to make a house 'theirs' don't they.

It looks very much like Bond's wearing the same suit as in the other scenes, anyway. It could just be the same design, though.

What's that mounted on the wall there? Some kind of gas or oil lamp?

Where are the high ressers from? They look lovely.

I don't remember seeing a door like that on the exterior of the house. Certainly no floor length windows.

That is indeed incredible. Although, If this is the case then I guess this has to be in the first 29 scenes. Since MI6 gets blown to pieces in Scene 30. I wasn't expecting seeing M in her office in this one. Since MI6 is pretty much destroyed. Could it not be M at Whitehall?

Incredible if they've actually been allowed to film inside MI6 headquarters. Might be a very credible recreation and backdrop, but certainly convincing!

As I say, I saw crew members on the balcony myself; there were also film trucks setting up lighting around the base of it for an exterior shot. They certainly seemed to have access of some sort.

It is a very good match for the SIS building, I'd say.

That's just too much for one day. So many new stills.

And Fiennes would be awesome in Dench's place now that we have a look at him. He looks the part.

JESUS LOOK AT THOSE PICTURES!

http://www.hitfix.co...nd-in-skyfall#4

Is that a younger Ralph Fiennes? Looks like it.

Machine gun in the lodge? Christ. What is he wearing? It almost looks like a WWII army uniform.

Awesome shot of Bond in China there.

This is amazing.
