It seems that The Sun knew in advance a lot about the upcoming movie:

As Minister for the Bleeding Obvious, I'm sure I should remark that I don't expect they'll blow up the whole bridge this weekend, possibly a bit of smoke and people looking injured and shocked, before a bit of digital magic to show the destroyed Vauxhall Bridge (assuming that this is actually what's going to happen!)

For those not familiar with London, Vauxhall Bridge is directly next to MI6 Headquarters.

I think so. The crew member spoke about scenes that could really fit in a 007 movie: the cocktail party and the speedboat chase are both elements of Bond's universe. Unfortunately I didn't find any confirmation on Twitter. They kept it too secret.

She told there was a Range Rover parked in the street, with someone inside, but it wasn't Craig, and the Range Rover wasn't in front of the cameras.

Don't...you...say...NOTHING about TWINE! It was the first Bond movie I've followed the entire production, since the location and cast rumors, etc, on the former IanFleming.org. That's why I have a very good relation with this movie.

A funny little coincidence I've noticed: The Daily Mirror was reporting that all international shooting locations have been cut, and they named Bali as one of the places the beaches of Bognor Regis would double for. This was obviously fake for a variety of reasons, one of which was the way there was no evidence that filming was ever going to take place in Bali. The funny little coincidence is this: we're now getting reports that a komodo dragon will be featured in the film, and the dragon is native to Komodo Island, which is just 500km east of Bali.

Agreed. There would be far more reports of this being filmed if that was the case, plus a boat chase on the Thames has already been done once.

Agreed too, they’d need more than a weekend to film a boat chase and as you say, it’s been done.
I’d say this is to get shots for the bridge explosion and attack on the MI6 building. There may be boats involved but I wouldn’t have thought it’s a chase.

Plenty of action at Trinity Square this morning. Can confirm it's doubling for Westminster - various street signs changed to New Scotland Yard, Scotland Place and Whitehall.

When I was there, they were filming a police Range Rover racing around the corner of a building, after people had walked briskly out of the back entrance of 10 Trinity Square. I saw someone who appeared to be Daniel Craig standing around with sunglasses on but can't confirm he was involved - although I'd certainly presume he was.

Of the people who walked out of the building, one had a peaked hat on (police commander or military), and then someone ran out following him (Bond?). In addition, lots of vehicles around - Range Rovers, a Jaguar, but they weren't necessarily involved in filming.

Will post again I think of anything more. Also got several photos to upload. There were some newspaper photographers with long lenses, who may well have some good shots.

Probably the Hotel is the place where they set up the wardrobe, dressing rooms and makeup room, I do not think it is directly involved in the shooting. But this is just my guess.
